基于濁度回溯法探討水廠藥劑投加量優(yōu)化區(qū)間

【摘要】:根據(jù)水廠出廠水濁度和翻板濾池出水濁度內(nèi)控指標(biāo)的區(qū)間要求,建立回歸分析方程,做出擬合直線,通過回溯法確定了高效澄清池出水濁度區(qū)間,并探索出PAC、PAM投加量及污泥回流比的優(yōu)化區(qū)間。生產(chǎn)性試驗(yàn)表明,根據(jù)濾后水濁度內(nèi)控指標(biāo)為0.5~0.9 NTU,反饋控制高效澄清池出水濁度區(qū)間為1.8~3.1 NTU,探索出PAC投加量為14~22 mg/L、PAM投加量為0.08~0.16 mg/L、污泥回流比為2%~6%的最優(yōu)藥劑組合,從而指導(dǎo)水廠科學(xué)生產(chǎn),達(dá)到了優(yōu)質(zhì)供水、節(jié)能降耗的目的。
[Abstract]:According to the requirements of the internal control index of turbidities and turbidities in the effluent of the water plant, the regression equation was established, the straight line was fitted, and the turbidity interval of the high efficiency clarifier was determined by the backtracking method. The optimization interval of PAM dosage and sludge reflux ratio was explored. According to the internal control index of the turbidity of filtered water is 0.5 ~ 0.9 NTU, and the feedback control of the turbidity interval of the high efficiency clarifier is 1.88 ~ 3.1 NTU, it is found that the optimal combination of chemicals with PAC dosage of 148mg / L and sludge reflux ratio of 0.16 mg / L and sludge reflux ratio of 2% can be used to guide the scientific production of water plant. To achieve the goal of high quality water supply, energy saving and consumption reduction.
