綠色發(fā)展模式下建筑施工企業(yè)技術(shù)升級研究

【摘要】:近30年來,我國建筑行業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展,給我們帶來了巨大的財(cái)富,同時(shí)也給我們帶來了各種壓力,資源消耗過快,空氣質(zhì)量下降,各種環(huán)境污染加重。在這種情況下,國家在各行各業(yè)開始大力提倡循環(huán)、綠色、可持續(xù)發(fā)展模式。綠色模式下的建筑業(yè),就是要以經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型和技術(shù)升級為發(fā)展目標(biāo),改變傳統(tǒng)的高能耗、高排放、低產(chǎn)出、低效率的發(fā)展方式。技術(shù)升級作為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要源泉、經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型和發(fā)展的重要驅(qū)動力,有不可替代的重要性。本文主要論述建筑業(yè)技術(shù)升級的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,闡明要以技術(shù)作為主要的支撐點(diǎn),通過技術(shù)升級實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑業(yè)的綠色發(fā)展。 本文從基礎(chǔ)理論的角度上概述綠色發(fā)展模式下建筑業(yè)技術(shù)升級的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。首先分析了現(xiàn)階段我國建筑業(yè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展情況,闡述了技術(shù)升級在建筑業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的重要性。再次對建筑業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)升級研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié),為本文將要研究的內(nèi)容做鋪墊。本文的最終落腳點(diǎn)是建筑業(yè)企業(yè)中的建筑施工企業(yè),,通過對建筑施工企業(yè)的技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀的總結(jié)和分析,提出了技術(shù)升級的內(nèi)部路徑和外部措施。 為進(jìn)一步對當(dāng)前建筑施工企業(yè)的技術(shù)升級情況做出完整判斷和分析,本文采用定性和定量相結(jié)合、理論研究與實(shí)踐研究相結(jié)合的研究方法,以綠色模式下的建筑業(yè)施工企業(yè)發(fā)展為背景,提取了影響建筑施工企業(yè)技術(shù)升級關(guān)鍵因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步構(gòu)建綠色發(fā)展模式下建筑施工企業(yè)技術(shù)升級程度評價(jià)模型,以期更好的了解和分析建筑施工企業(yè)的技術(shù)升級程度,為建筑施工企業(yè)技術(shù)升級提供服務(wù)。 論文的最后用一個(gè)實(shí)地調(diào)查的施工企業(yè)來驗(yàn)證所建模型的適用性,結(jié)果與企業(yè)的真實(shí)情況相符,證實(shí)了模型的可適用性。并通過結(jié)果分析,對此企業(yè)現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r做出了評價(jià),提出了有利于技術(shù)升級的幾點(diǎn)意見。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years, the construction industry of our country has developed rapidly, which has brought us great wealth, at the same time, it has brought us all kinds of pressure, too fast consumption of resources, the decline of air quality and the aggravation of all kinds of environmental pollution. The state has begun to vigorously promote recycling, green, and sustainable development models in various industries. Under the green model, the construction industry should aim at economic transformation and technological upgrading, and change the traditional high energy consumption, high emissions, and low output. As an important source of economic growth and an important driving force of economic transformation and development, technological upgrading is of irreplaceable importance. It is expounded that the green development of construction industry should be realized through technological upgrading. From the angle of basic theory, this paper summarizes the related contents of technology upgrading of construction industry under the green development mode. Firstly, it analyzes the development situation of construction enterprises in our country at the present stage. This paper expounds the importance of technological upgrading in the development of construction industry. The final foothold of this paper is the construction enterprises in the construction industry. Through the summary and analysis of the present technical situation of the construction enterprises, the internal path and external measures of the technology upgrading are put forward. In order to make a complete judgment and analysis on the technological upgrading situation of current construction enterprises, this paper adopts the research method of combining qualitative and quantitative research, theoretical research and practical research. Based on the background of the development of construction enterprises under the green mode, the key factors affecting the technological upgrading of the construction enterprises are extracted. On this basis, the evaluation model of the technological upgrading degree of the construction enterprises under the green development mode is further constructed. In order to better understand and analyze the degree of technical upgrading of construction enterprises, to provide services for technical upgrading of construction enterprises. At the end of the paper, the applicability of the model is verified by a field survey of the construction enterprise. The results are consistent with the real situation of the enterprise, and the applicability of the model is confirmed. This paper evaluates the development of this enterprise at present, and puts forward some suggestions in favor of technological upgrading.
