【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,國民收入明顯增多,人們擁有更多的閑暇時間來追求身體和精神上的雙重享受。森林公園不僅滿足人們傳統(tǒng)的旅游需求,還滿足科普、回歸自然等精神方面的需求,已成為人們閑暇時追求的重要場所,雖然森林公園在國家政策和林業(yè)部門支持下發(fā)展迅速,但由于發(fā)展時間短,難免會遇到各種問題,發(fā)展的弊端與矛盾也相繼出現(xiàn)。城市森林公園又因其區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,使用率高,更受城市居民的青睞,并且環(huán)境生態(tài)問題也日益嚴(yán)峻,所以開展城市森林公園研究是必要的。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究,資料查閱等方法梳理了城市森林公園的概念、主要特征、以及與其他類型公園的區(qū)別。通過實(shí)地調(diào)研考察分析,依照《國家級森林公園總體規(guī)劃規(guī)范》(LY/T2005-2012)、《森林公園總體設(shè)計規(guī)范》(LY/T5132-59)、《城市綠地設(shè)計規(guī)范GB50420-2007》、《公園設(shè)計規(guī)范CJJ48-92))中的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,并參考相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和專家咨詢,對評價指標(biāo)進(jìn)行篩選,構(gòu)建了城市森林公園環(huán)境綜合評價體系,通過專家打分確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,形成評價模型。評價結(jié)果顯示,翠屏山城市森林公園整體評價較好,得分為3.8155分,屬于二級水平,需要進(jìn)一步完善。其中環(huán)境生態(tài)與游客體驗(yàn)的權(quán)重最高,游客體驗(yàn)得分最低,僅為3.3315分,說明這一方面有待改善；環(huán)境生態(tài)得分最高,說明森林資源環(huán)境較好,發(fā)展應(yīng)以保護(hù)為主,合理利用。其他三項的得分相差不大,屬于中等水平,但基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施人性化和完善性上不足,需進(jìn)一步完善。根據(jù)翠屏山城市森林公園的評價結(jié)果,在結(jié)合城市森林公園規(guī)劃理論的前提下,以現(xiàn)存問題為出發(fā)點(diǎn),從規(guī)劃目標(biāo)、總體布局、環(huán)境生態(tài)工程、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等方面入手,提出翠屏山城市森林公園在發(fā)展過程中的問題與建議,以及優(yōu)化方案,保證公園有序的開發(fā)與建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the national income has increased obviously, and people have more leisure time to pursue both physical and mental enjoyment. The Forest Park not only meets the traditional tourism needs of people, but also meets the popular science. Spiritual needs, such as returning to nature, have become an important place for people to pursue in their leisure time. Although forest parks have developed rapidly with the support of national policies and forestry departments, due to their short development time, they will inevitably encounter various problems. The disadvantages and contradictions of development have also appeared one after another. Because of its location advantages and high utilization rate, urban forest parks are more favored by urban residents, and the environmental and ecological problems are becoming increasingly serious. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the research on urban forest park. This paper combs the concept, main characteristics and differences between urban forest park and other types of parks by means of literature research and data retrieval. According to the relevant contents of "National Forest Park Master Planning Standard" (LY / T 2005-2012), "Forest Park Master Design Standard" (LY / T5132-59), "Urban Green Space Design Code (GB50420-2007)", "Park Design Code CJJ48-92U", and referring to relevant literature and expert consultation, the evaluation indexes were screened. The comprehensive evaluation system of urban forest park was constructed, and the index weight was determined by experts, and the evaluation model was formed. The result showed that the overall evaluation of Cuipingshan City Forest Park was better, with a score of 3.8155, which belonged to the second level. The weight of environmental ecology and tourist experience is the highest, and the lowest score of tourist experience is 3.3315, which shows that this aspect needs to be improved; the environmental ecological score is the highest, which shows that forest resources and environment are better. The development should be based on protection and rational utilization. The scores of the other three items are not different and belong to the medium level, but the infrastructure is not humanized and perfect enough, so it needs to be further improved. According to the evaluation results of Cuiping Mountain Urban Forest Park, On the premise of combining the planning theory of urban forest park, with the existing problems as the starting point, from the planning objectives, overall layout, environmental and ecological engineering, infrastructure, and so on, The problems and suggestions in the process of development of Cuipingshan City Forest Park are put forward, as well as the optimization scheme to ensure the orderly development and construction of the park.
