考慮持續(xù)低溫影響的水泥水化放熱計(jì)算模型

【摘要】:為完成青藏鐵路多年凍土區(qū)橋梁鉆孔灌注樁混凝土水化放熱量的定量分析以及進(jìn)一步確定持續(xù)低溫環(huán)境下的混凝土水化放熱計(jì)算模型,需要探究在持續(xù)低溫環(huán)境下的混凝土水化放熱情況.依照試驗(yàn)測定的數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算出持續(xù)低溫環(huán)境((3±1)℃,(8±1)℃,(13±1)℃)下水泥凈漿的水化放熱量隨齡期增長的變化規(guī)律,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):持續(xù)低溫環(huán)境下水泥水化在各個齡期放出的熱量以及水化程度都較水泥水化溫度不受限制時有所減少,且持續(xù)低溫環(huán)境的溫度越低時,這一趨勢越是明顯;通過對試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的分析和擬合,得出了考慮不同持續(xù)低溫環(huán)境對水泥水化放熱計(jì)算模型影響的水化熱計(jì)算模型,模型的計(jì)算結(jié)果不僅與實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)吻合得較好,而且能較準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)測在不同持續(xù)低溫環(huán)境下水泥水化放熱量隨齡期的變化規(guī)律.該模型中各項(xiàng)參數(shù)物理意義明確,計(jì)算結(jié)果可靠實(shí)用,具有一定的推廣應(yīng)用價值.
