【摘要】：進入新世紀以來,人們的生活水平和生活質(zhì)量在不斷的提高,人們對精神層面的需求已經(jīng)遠遠超過了對物質(zhì)的需求程度,城市建設(shè)也要適應(yīng)這種不斷增長的精神需求,作為城市的重要休閑娛樂場地的城市廣場更應(yīng)該滿足人們這些精神層面的需求,城市廣場的更新設(shè)計研究早已成為城市建設(shè)的新課題,又由于城市快速發(fā)展的原因,我國城市廣場存在著諸多問題,特別是在城市廣場的更新設(shè)計中存在著很多矛盾,從而導(dǎo)致整個城市廣場的空間層次單一、功能綜合性弱以及景觀系統(tǒng)不完善等諸多問題。從整個城市角度出發(fā),城市廣場的作用意義深遠,它是人們幾百年來休閑、娛樂、購物和集會的場所,有的甚至是區(qū)域乃至城市的地標性區(qū)域,這給城市廣場的更新設(shè)計提出了巨大的挑戰(zhàn),作者以城市整體性為前提條件,將城市廣場更新設(shè)計的理論與實際案例相結(jié)合,并分析吉林世紀廣場更新設(shè)計和國內(nèi)外其他廣場差異,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論和國內(nèi)外創(chuàng)作實踐,探討吉林世紀廣場更新設(shè)計的思路與方法,以改善吉林這塊重中之重的區(qū)域。本篇論文通過分析吉林市的城市肌理及基地特征,分別從區(qū)域空間形態(tài)、城市多元功能和生態(tài)景觀脈絡(luò)三個層面展開論述：第一,從分析城市肌理、城市空間格局等,研究城市廣場與城市相融合的過程,解決兩者之間有序發(fā)展的矛盾。第二,從整個城市的功能定位,確定城市廣場的功能類型,解決相互之間的矛盾點,并能有效的促進環(huán)境的發(fā)展。第三,從城市的景觀、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)以及地域文化,去研究如何在城市廣場中再現(xiàn)這些城市要素,傳達給市民和旅游光者。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, people's living standards and quality of life have been continuously improved, people's demand for spiritual level has far exceeded the level of material demand, and urban construction should also adapt to this growing spiritual demand. As an important leisure and entertainment site in the city, the city square should meet the spiritual needs of the people. The renewal and design of the city square has long been a new topic of urban construction, but also because of the rapid development of the city. There are many problems in the city square of our country, especially there are many contradictions in the renewal design of the city square, which leads to the single space level of the whole city square. From the point of view of the whole city, the function of the city square is profound, it is the place where people have been leisure, entertainment, shopping and meeting for hundreds of years. Some are even the landmarks of the city, which brings a great challenge to the renewal design of the city square. The author combines the theory of the renewal design of the city square with the practical cases with the city integrity as the precondition. This paper also analyzes the difference between Jilin Century Square Renewal Design and other plazas at home and abroad, and discusses the ideas and methods of Jilin Century Square Renewal Design based on relevant theory and domestic and foreign creative practice. By analyzing the city texture and base characteristics of Jilin City, this paper discusses the following three aspects: regional spatial form, urban pluralistic function and ecological landscape context. From the analysis of urban texture and urban spatial pattern, the paper studies the process of city square and city fusion, solves the contradiction of orderly development between the two. Secondly, from the function orientation of the whole city, it determines the function type of city square. Third, from the city landscape, ecosystem and regional culture, to study how to reproduce these urban elements in the city square, to convey to the citizens and tourists.
