【摘要】：現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)以設(shè)施工程為主體，是進行產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營和集約化生產(chǎn)的新型農(nóng)業(yè)組織形式，具備農(nóng)業(yè)新技術(shù)開發(fā)、示范、轉(zhuǎn)化，帶動經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，穩(wěn)定社會，保護生態(tài)等多項功能。通常農(nóng)業(yè)科技園按著核心區(qū)—示范區(qū)—輻射區(qū)等梯次推進模式進行布局，實現(xiàn)資金、技術(shù)、管理的高度集約化，為農(nóng)業(yè)科技產(chǎn)業(yè)化提供優(yōu)越平臺。鑒于此，本文以吉林公主嶺國家農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)為研究對象，挖掘園區(qū)的功能，分析園區(qū)的整體布局，旨在為引導(dǎo)和帶動園區(qū)及周邊地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)與農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟健康有序發(fā)展。 本文除了結(jié)語以外，一共分為五個部分： 第一部分為緒論，闡述了選題背景與研究意義，國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，研究思路與方法，研究的基礎(chǔ)理論。 第二部分為國家農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)發(fā)展過程、功能與布局概述。該部分介紹了國家農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展過程和特征，對園區(qū)的基本功能和布局模式進行了詳細闡述，，最后以福建漳州農(nóng)業(yè)科技園為例，分析了園區(qū)的布局模式。 第三部分為公主嶺國家農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)的基本概況。在闡述了園區(qū)的基本條件基礎(chǔ)上，利用SWOT技術(shù)分析了園區(qū)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇、挑戰(zhàn)，厘清園區(qū)發(fā)展的基本情況。 第四部分為公主嶺國家科技園區(qū)的功能定位研究。分析了園區(qū)功能定位的影響因素，從經(jīng)濟、社會、生態(tài)等角度分析了園區(qū)的整體功能和具體功能。 第五部分為公主嶺國家科技園區(qū)的布局研究�；趫@區(qū)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，提出園區(qū)的總體布局方案。在此基礎(chǔ)上，分析了園區(qū)的核心區(qū)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)。系統(tǒng)地闡述影響園區(qū)布局的主要因素，從管理機制、融資、創(chuàng)新體系、提高人口素質(zhì)、完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與加強園區(qū)管理等方面提出促進園區(qū)健康有序發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:The modern agricultural science and technology park, with facilities engineering as the main body, is a new form of agricultural organization for industrialized management and intensive production. It has new agricultural technology development, demonstration, transformation, economic development and social stability. Protection of ecology and other functions. Usually, agricultural science and technology parks are arranged according to the echelon propulsion mode, such as core zone, demonstration area and radiation area, so as to achieve a high degree of intensive management of funds, technology, and management. In view of this, this paper takes the Gongzhuling National Agricultural Science and Technology Park of Jilin Province as the research object, excavates the function of the park, and analyzes the overall layout of the park. The aim is to guide and promote the healthy and orderly development of agriculture and rural economy in the park and surrounding areas. In addition to the conclusion, this paper is divided into five parts:. The first part is the introduction, which describes the background and significance of the topic, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research ideas and methods, and the basic theory of the research. The second part is an overview of the development process, functions and layout of the National Agricultural Science and Technology Park. This part introduces the development process and characteristics of the National Agricultural Park, and describes the basic functions and layout model of the park in detail. Finally, taking Zhangzhou Agricultural Science and Technology Park in Fujian as an example, the layout pattern of the park is analyzed. The third part is the basic situation of Gongzhuling National Agricultural Science and Technology Park. On the basis of expounding the basic conditions of the park, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the park by using SWOT technology, and clarifies the basic situation of the park's development. The 4th part is the research on the function orientation of Gongzhuling National Science and Technology Park, analyzes the influencing factors of the park's function orientation, and analyzes the whole function and the concrete function of the park from the angle of economy, society and ecology. The 5th part is the layout research of Gongzhuling National Science and Technology Park. Based on the development strategy of the park, the overall layout scheme of the park is put forward. This paper analyzes the functional structure of the core area of the park, systematically expounds the main factors affecting the layout of the park, including management mechanism, financing, innovation system, and improves the quality of the population. Suggestions on improving infrastructure and strengthening park management are put forward to promote the healthy and orderly development of the park.
