【摘要】：本課題以Loft模式改造為研究對(duì)象,城市舊工業(yè)建筑的再利用為范圍,簡(jiǎn)述了Loft模式改造的發(fā)展歷程,認(rèn)真分析歸納了Loft作為舊工業(yè)建筑改造再利用的模式的相關(guān)思想、策略方法、改造實(shí)踐等,并結(jié)合實(shí)際案例和相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)理論進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用。 根據(jù)本課題研究所涉及的內(nèi)容,本論文總共分為由六個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章節(jié)緒論部分,主要闡述了課題研究背景,國(guó)內(nèi)外舊工業(yè)建筑改造以及Loft模式改造的相關(guān)動(dòng)態(tài)研究及其成果,并對(duì)該課題研究的目標(biāo)、價(jià)值、意義、概念等做了具體界定。 第二章側(cè)重于舊工業(yè)建筑Loft模式改造發(fā)展歷程,舊工業(yè)建筑在我國(guó)呈現(xiàn)的特征和狀況,以及同時(shí)也揭示了Loft這種改造形態(tài)出現(xiàn)的社會(huì)背景。 第三章,研究了與本課題相關(guān)的建筑理論,梳理了與舊工業(yè)建筑Loft模式改造的周邊理論和改造所體現(xiàn)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念,為后面課題的深入研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。 第四章,是本課題的重點(diǎn)章節(jié),是結(jié)合第二章、第三章所進(jìn)行的歷史和理論分析,分別從改造原則,改造價(jià)值認(rèn)定以及改造前期調(diào)研、城市設(shè)計(jì)層面、建筑設(shè)計(jì)層面、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)層面以及生態(tài)技術(shù)層面等環(huán)節(jié),系統(tǒng)闡述了Loft模式作為舊工業(yè)建筑改造的時(shí)尚設(shè)計(jì)手段的策略方法,并通過(guò)大量國(guó)內(nèi)外改造實(shí)證來(lái)進(jìn)行論證。強(qiáng)調(diào)Loft改造的整體邏輯性,為下一章節(jié)論證Loft改造的再利用性做了鋪墊。 第五章,本章節(jié)選取有代表性的國(guó)內(nèi)外改造案例進(jìn)行再利用性的解析與探討。同時(shí)筆者對(duì)北京798藝術(shù)中心、杭州Loft49、成都“東郊記憶”、上海城市雕塑藝術(shù)中心等進(jìn)行了實(shí)地的調(diào)研；以及選取國(guó)外兩個(gè)具有代表性的實(shí)際改造成功案例,還有個(gè)人參與的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析研究,以達(dá)到本課題研究的深度。 第六章,本論文的最后章節(jié),通過(guò)以上章節(jié)的研究,對(duì)我國(guó)Loft舊工業(yè)建筑改造再利用現(xiàn)狀所存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行總結(jié),辯證看待中西Loft改造舊工業(yè)建筑的差異性,求同存異,取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短。并對(duì)我國(guó)Loft改造設(shè)計(jì)再利用予以展望。
[Abstract]:This subject takes the Loft pattern transformation as the research object, the city old industrial building reuse as the scope, has outlined the Loft pattern transformation development course, has seriously analyzed and summarized the Loft as the old industrial building transformation reuse pattern correlation thought, The strategy method, reform practice and so on, combined with the actual cases and related design theory to carry on the system application. According to the contents of this research, this paper is divided into six chapters. The dynamic research and achievement of the old industrial building reconstruction and the Loft model transformation at home and abroad are discussed. The research goal, value, significance and concept of this subject are defined. The second chapter focuses on the development of the old industrial building Loft model transformation, the characteristics and conditions of the old industrial building in China, and also reveals the social background of the Loft transformation. The third chapter studies the architectural theory related to this subject, combs the peripheral theory and the sustainable development concept embodied in the transformation of the old industrial building Loft model, and lays a theoretical foundation for the further study of the later topic. Chapter 4th, which is the key chapter of this subject, combines the historical and theoretical analysis of the second and third chapters, respectively from the reconstruction principles, the determination of the transformation value and the investigation and investigation in the early stage of the transformation, the urban design level, the architectural design level. In the aspects of interior design and ecological technology, this paper systematically expounds the strategy and method of Loft model as the fashion design means of old industrial building transformation. And through a large number of domestic and foreign transformation demonstration to demonstrate, emphasizing the overall logic of Loft transformation, for the next chapter to demonstrate the reuse of Loft transformation. Chapter 5th, this chapter selects representative domestic and foreign reconstruction cases for reuse analysis and discussion. At the same time, the author of Beijing 798 Art Center, Hangzhou Loft49, Chengdu "East suburb memory", Shanghai City Sculpture Art Center, etc., carried out field investigations; and selected two representative successful cases of practical transformation abroad, as well as the actual projects in which individuals participated, to carry out comparative analysis and study. In order to reach the depth of this research. Chapter 6th, the last chapter of this paper, through the research of the above chapters, summarizes the problems existing in the reusing of the old industrial buildings of Loft in our country, and dialectically treats the differences between China and the West in the transformation of the old industrial buildings by Loft, seeking common ground while reserving differences. Learn from each other and make up for the shortcomings. And to our country Loft reconstruction design reuse to be forecasted.
