【摘要】:隨我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷深入和建設(shè)節(jié)約型社會(huì)的全面推進(jìn)與生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)意識(shí)的增強(qiáng),傳統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)拌制砂漿越來(lái)越不適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展,推動(dòng)高質(zhì)量干混砂漿的應(yīng)用不僅是解決目前工程質(zhì)量通病的關(guān)鍵,也是建筑業(yè)發(fā)展到一定階段的必然產(chǎn)物。 本文首先研究了干混砂漿中的部分組成材料對(duì)其性能的影響,通過(guò)改變各個(gè)組分的摻量對(duì)砂漿的抗壓強(qiáng)度、抗折強(qiáng)度、分層度、保水性等性能進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)與比較:加水量、稠化粉摻量、粉煤灰摻量、可再分散乳膠粉摻量主要影響砂漿的施工性能,摻量適當(dāng)可顯著改善砂漿的和易性和耐久性,,通過(guò)試驗(yàn)的數(shù)據(jù)化統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,為今后干混砂漿在建筑工程應(yīng)用中的配合比設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。 文章后半部分闡述了干混砂漿的生產(chǎn)工藝及施工工藝,通過(guò)工程實(shí)際應(yīng)用,用數(shù)據(jù)直觀的顯示出干混砂漿在經(jīng)濟(jì)、效益、社會(huì)、環(huán)保等方面的卓越優(yōu)勢(shì),為其在建筑業(yè)的大力推廣提供更為可信的決策支持。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's market economy, the comprehensive promotion of building a conservation-oriented society and the enhancement of ecological and environmental protection consciousness, the traditional on-site mortar mixing is becoming more and more unsuitable for the development of modern construction industry. To promote the application of high quality dry mixing mortar is not only the key to solve the common problems of engineering quality, but also the inevitable outcome of the development of construction industry to a certain stage. In this paper, the influence of some component materials on the properties of dry mortar is studied. The compressive strength, flexural strength, delamination, water retention and other properties of mortar are analyzed and compared by changing the content of each component. The content of thickening powder, fly ash and redispersible emulsion powder mainly affect the construction performance of mortar, and the proper content can significantly improve the easiness and durability of mortar. It provides a reference for the design of mix ratio of dry-mixed mortar in building engineering application in the future. In the second half of the article, the production technology and construction technology of dry mixing mortar are described. Through the practical application of engineering, the outstanding advantages of dry mixed mortar in economy, benefit, society and environmental protection are shown directly with data. To provide more credible decision support for its vigorously promotion in the construction industry.
