【摘要】：隨著我國老齡人口的快速增長,老齡化以及老齡化所帶來問題受到國家和社會的廣泛關(guān)注。特別是老年人的居住環(huán)境,它的好壞直接影響了老年人的晚年生活質(zhì)量。居住小區(qū)的戶外活動空間是老年人進(jìn)行日�；顒拥闹匾獔鏊�,它對豐富老年人晚年的精神生活、促進(jìn)鄰里和諧有著積極的作用。居住區(qū)的使用是一個動態(tài)成長的過程,是一個不斷發(fā)展和完善的有機(jī)整體。但現(xiàn)有居住區(qū)規(guī)劃是一次性的,通常采用靜態(tài)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)方法,對未來需求的預(yù)測有很大的局限性。因而在當(dāng)今人口老齡化的背景下,大多數(shù)的居住區(qū)就顯得無法適應(yīng),難以滿足需求。對居住小區(qū)老年人戶外活動空間的評價研究是居住小區(qū)景觀設(shè)計的重要組成部分,也是我國面臨老齡化問題的重要研究課題。 本文以天津市居住小區(qū)老年人戶外活動空間為研究對象,從天津市中心城區(qū)選擇一些具有代表性的小區(qū),對其進(jìn)行調(diào)研與分析。通過對目標(biāo)居住小區(qū)進(jìn)行的科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)、深入的評價研究,改進(jìn)和提高居住小區(qū)老年人戶外活動空間質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)居住區(qū)園林景觀建設(shè)的理論基礎(chǔ)。本研究在通過實地調(diào)查、問卷調(diào)查收集了大量數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上,利用AHP層次分析法、SD法、行為觀察法、半結(jié)構(gòu)訪談法等一系列可行的評價方法建立了綜合評價系統(tǒng),對天津市目標(biāo)小區(qū)老年人戶外活動空間進(jìn)行了定性和定量的綜合評價研究；發(fā)現(xiàn)了老年使用者潛在的使用需求；得到天津市居住小區(qū)老年活動空間設(shè)計的基本情況以及存在的一些問題；提出天津市老年人戶外活動空間設(shè)計的優(yōu)化策略,為天津市未來居住小區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計中老年活動空間的設(shè)計提供理論性的建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of the aging population in our country, the aging and the problems brought about by the aging have attracted extensive attention of the country and the society, especially the living environment of the elderly. The outdoor activity space in the residential area is an important place for the elderly to carry out daily activities, and it can enrich the spiritual life of the elderly in their old age. The use of residential area is a dynamic growing process and an organic whole with continuous development and perfection. However, the existing residential area planning is one-off and usually uses static planning and construction methods. The prediction of future demand is very limited. Therefore, in the context of today's aging population, most residential areas seem unable to adapt. It is difficult to meet the demand. The evaluation of outdoor activity space for the elderly in residential areas is an important part of the landscape design of residential areas, and also an important research topic facing the aging problem in China. This paper takes the outdoor activity space of the elderly in Tianjin residential district as the research object, selects some representative residential areas from the downtown of Tianjin, carries on the investigation and the analysis to them, through carries on the science, the system to the target residential district, On the basis of field investigation and questionnaire survey, this study has collected a lot of data on the basis of in-depth evaluation research, improving and improving the spatial quality of outdoor activities of the elderly in residential areas, and promoting the construction of landscape architecture in residential areas. A comprehensive evaluation system was established by using a series of feasible evaluation methods such as AHP analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, behavior observation method, semi-structure interview method and so on. The qualitative and quantitative comprehensive evaluation of the outdoor activity space of the elderly in the target community in Tianjin was carried out. Found out the potential use needs of the elderly users, obtained the basic situation and some problems in the design of the elderly activity space in Tianjin residential area, and put forward the optimization strategy of the outdoor activity space design of the elderly in Tianjin. It provides theoretical suggestions for planning and design of activity space for middle and old people in Tianjin future residential district.
