基坑監(jiān)測預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本文以建筑基坑為研究對(duì)象,從數(shù)據(jù)傳輸端口和儀器改造、監(jiān)測方法創(chuàng)新、管理創(chuàng)新等方面著手,研究建立一套完整的基坑監(jiān)測預(yù)警系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)基坑監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)采集、實(shí)時(shí)傳輸、實(shí)時(shí)計(jì)算、科學(xué)預(yù)警、智能報(bào)警、協(xié)同管理等功能,以達(dá)到促進(jìn)信息化施工的目的。本文結(jié)合具體的工程事例,驗(yàn)證了該系統(tǒng)具有較好的準(zhǔn)確性和實(shí)用性。主要的研究工作如下: (1)研究出一套完整的基坑險(xiǎn)情預(yù)警系統(tǒng),構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)流程和主要功能。 (2)對(duì)監(jiān)測儀器進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新,重點(diǎn)對(duì)水位測量儀器進(jìn)行了改造,首次將滲壓計(jì)和頻率讀數(shù)儀結(jié)合使用的技術(shù)應(yīng)用到基坑水位監(jiān)測領(lǐng)域,實(shí)現(xiàn)了水位監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)字化存儲(chǔ),改變了過去人力讀取數(shù)據(jù)的歷史。 (3)對(duì)監(jiān)測項(xiàng)目的計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新,研究出一種全新的水平位移計(jì)算方法,即“虛擬斷面計(jì)算水平位移‖方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了適用于所有形狀的基坑大型數(shù)據(jù)集成化處理,有效的提高了工作效率。 (4)研究了目前基坑管理現(xiàn)狀,創(chuàng)新了基坑安全管理模式,將基坑安全管理流程進(jìn)一步扁平化,使基坑監(jiān)測監(jiān)管工作理從被動(dòng)管理轉(zhuǎn)向主動(dòng)管理,事后搶險(xiǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向事前、事中控制的雙轉(zhuǎn)變。 (5)通過工程實(shí)例,驗(yàn)證了本文研究的預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際效果,,證明該研究成果具有很大的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,應(yīng)用前景非常廣闊。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a complete foundation pit monitoring and warning system is established from the aspects of data transmission port and instrument transformation, monitoring method innovation and management innovation, so as to realize the monitoring data collection and real-time transmission of foundation pit. The functions of real-time calculation, scientific early warning, intelligent alarm and cooperative management are used to promote information construction. The system has good accuracy and practicability. The main research work is as follows:. 1) A complete early warning system of foundation pit danger is developed, and the structure, business process and main functions of the system are constructed. The monitoring instrument has been innovated, the water level measuring instrument has been reformed, the technique of combining the osmotic pressure meter and frequency reading meter has been applied to the field of water level monitoring of foundation pit for the first time, and the digital storage of water level monitoring data has been realized. Changed the past history of manual reading of data. In this paper, the calculation method of monitoring project is innovated, and a new calculation method of horizontal displacement is developed, that is, "virtual section calculation horizontal displacement method", which realizes large scale data integration processing of foundation pit suitable for all shapes. Effectively improve the efficiency of the work. 4) the present situation of foundation pit management is studied, the safety management mode of foundation pit is innovated, the flow of foundation pit safety management is further flattened, and the monitoring and supervision of foundation pit is changed from passive management to active management, and from emergency to advance. A double shift in control. 5) the practical effect of the early warning system studied in this paper is verified by an engineering example, and it is proved that the research result has great application value, and the application prospect is very broad.
