【摘要】：住宅是人類日常生活中重要載體,然而符合我國國情,正處于一個發(fā)展的時代,在近年住宅面積迅速擴(kuò)大的背景下,從原始的群居穴處到現(xiàn)在的高樓大廈,人們有了更多的要求,住宅的設(shè)計為了滿足人們?nèi)找嬖鲩L的精神、物質(zhì)需求,提出了更多的設(shè)計理念反應(yīng)在住宅設(shè)計的方方面面�！�80后”的青年人群追求多樣化的居住模式,對居住的需求越來越高,而“80后”的小面積住宅作為一種新興的產(chǎn)物,賦予了住宅空間新的設(shè)計理念和時代意義,小面積住宅雖不是主流,在住宅更新中起到承上啟下的作用,但作為一種過渡性的住宅形式也有一些不足之處。適應(yīng)于青年人群的小面積住宅體現(xiàn)了多層面的個性化、精細(xì)化、系統(tǒng)化的理念,從“80后”這一青年群體的居住需求、心理、生理、“80后”青年人群生活方式、“80后”青年人群家庭結(jié)構(gòu)、“80后”青年人群消費觀念等分析,并通過相關(guān)理論研究和實際案例作為依據(jù),從而改善青年人群的居住現(xiàn)狀為此提出了一些策略,在有限的面積下滿足“80后”青年群體不同的居住需求的問題上做出了進(jìn)一步的思考與探索。對我國住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了完善,補(bǔ)充了一種新的居住模式�；谇嗄耆后w住宅空間設(shè)計中存在的各種問題與矛盾,青年人群小面積住宅設(shè)計的研究顯得十分重要,針對“80后”青年人群小面積住宅的空間適應(yīng)性、復(fù)合型、緊湊性方面進(jìn)行了積極的設(shè)計研究,也根據(jù)現(xiàn)代社會發(fā)展,預(yù)測了“80后”青年人群小面積住宅的發(fā)展趨勢,為以后的設(shè)計工作者提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:Housing is an important carrier of human daily life. However, it is in a developing era in accordance with the national conditions of our country. Under the background of the rapid expansion of residential area in recent years, from the original group cave to the present high-rise building, People have more requirements. In order to meet the increasing spiritual and material needs of people, more design ideas have been put forward, which are reflected in all aspects of housing design. The demand for housing is becoming higher and higher, and the "post-80s" small area housing, as a new product, has given new design concept and time significance to the residential space. Although small area housing is not the mainstream, it plays a connecting role in the renewal of housing. However, as a transitional form of housing, there are some shortcomings. The small area housing suitable for young people embodies the concept of multi-level individuation, refinement and systematization. Physiology, life style of "post-80s" young people, family structure of "post-80s" young people, consumption concept of "post-80s" young people, etc., and through relevant theoretical research and practical cases as the basis, In order to improve the living conditions of young people, some strategies are put forward. In the limited area to meet the "post-80s" youth groups of different housing needs to make further thinking and exploration, to improve the structure of China's housing industry, Based on the various problems and contradictions existing in the space design of the youth group residence, the research on the small area residence design of the young people is very important. According to the space adaptability, compound type and compactness of the small area residence of the "post-80s" young people, this paper has carried on the active design research, and according to the development of the modern society, has predicted the development trend of the small area residence of the "post-80s" young people, To provide useful reference for future designers.
