【摘要】：城市地下空間開發(fā)具有諸多優(yōu)勢(shì),它不僅可以拓展城市空間容量,延伸地面用地功能,提供比地面更穩(wěn)定的物理?xiàng)l件,而且地下空間的開發(fā)與城市軌道線網(wǎng)的結(jié)合可以緩解城市地面交通擁堵,通過地下步行通道的串聯(lián),形成地下網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),是未來城市立體化開發(fā)的有效途徑。本文以淮南市中心城區(qū)為研究對(duì)象�；茨献鳛榘不帐∫�(guī)模第二大的城市,在合肥經(jīng)濟(jì)圈與淮河經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊中扮演著重要角色;淮南提出了建設(shè)“淮河流域現(xiàn)代化中心城市”與“環(huán)境友好型,資源節(jié)約型城市”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;《淮南市城市總體規(guī)劃(2010-2020)》對(duì)地下空間開發(fā)提出要求,并得到國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳“強(qiáng)化節(jié)約與集約用地,合理開發(fā)城市地下空間資源”的通知。這些都為本文的研究提供了切入點(diǎn)�；茨鲜杏捎谄溟L(zhǎng)期的煤炭開采已對(duì)地下空間環(huán)境造成了一定影響,同時(shí)由于中心城區(qū)內(nèi)有山脈與淮河的穿過,是其地下空間研究具有一定特殊性。本文的研究綜述部分對(duì)國(guó)外不同城市的地下空間開發(fā)實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,并對(duì)地下空間開發(fā)理論進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真的梳理。結(jié)合淮南市的發(fā)展要求,實(shí)地調(diào)研了淮南市地下空間開發(fā)利用存在問題和現(xiàn)狀,系統(tǒng)的分析了地下空間的開發(fā)動(dòng)因。本課題以美化城市環(huán)境、節(jié)約城市土地資源、優(yōu)化城市功能為目標(biāo),采用地下功能分項(xiàng)預(yù)測(cè)法,較為詳細(xì)的討論了淮南市中心城區(qū)地下空間資源的需求量。提出了淮南市地下空間發(fā)展的原則和開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略,對(duì)地下空間開發(fā)所應(yīng)具備的功能進(jìn)行了研究,分析了地下空間的平面形態(tài)與豎向分層,并對(duì)淮南市中心城區(qū)的地下公共空間進(jìn)行的專項(xiàng)研究。
[Abstract]:The development of urban underground space has many advantages. It can not only expand the capacity of urban space, extend the function of land use on the ground, but also provide more stable physical conditions than the ground. Moreover, the combination of the development of underground space and the urban rail network can alleviate the traffic congestion on the surface of the city, and form an underground network system through the series of underground walkways. Huainan, as the second largest city in Anhui Province, plays an important role in Hefei Economic Circle and Huaihe River Economic Corridor. Huainan put forward the development strategy of constructing "modern central city of Huaihe River basin" and "environment-friendly, resource-conserving city"; "Huainan City Master Plan 2010-2020)" puts forward requirements for underground space development. And the General Office of the State Council "strengthening conservation and intensive land use," Notice on the rational Development of Urban Underground Space Resources. All these provide a starting point for the study of this paper. Huainan City has had a certain impact on the underground space environment due to its long-term coal mining. At the same time, because of the crossing of mountains and Huaihe River in the central urban area, the study of underground space has its own particularity. In the part of this paper, the practice of underground space development in different cities in foreign countries is systematically studied. Combined with the development requirements of Huainan City, the problems and present situation of underground space development and utilization in Huainan City were investigated. The purpose of this paper is to beautify the urban environment, save the urban land resources, optimize the urban function, and adopt the subdivision prediction method of the underground function. This paper discusses in detail the demand for underground space resources in Huainan City, puts forward the development principles and development strategies of underground space in Huainan City, and studies the functions of underground space development. This paper analyzes the plane form and vertical stratification of underground space, and makes a special study on underground public space in Huainan central city.
