【摘要】：人類(lèi)的交往與互動(dòng)是城市存在的基礎(chǔ)，城市是現(xiàn)代人生存的主要寓所。社區(qū)作為城市的基本組成單元，能展現(xiàn)城市的物質(zhì)與精神風(fēng)貌。我國(guó)大多數(shù)社區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)不僅存在社區(qū)公共設(shè)施服務(wù)面過(guò)窄、設(shè)施與空間浪費(fèi)等物質(zhì)層面的問(wèn)題，而且有社區(qū)戶(hù)外空間缺乏活力、居民之間信任感降低等精神層面的問(wèn)題。本文以解決這些問(wèn)題為目標(biāo)，并針對(duì)隨著城市的尺度日益增大，而小尺度空間正在慢慢地消失的現(xiàn)象，提出以社區(qū)戶(hù)外空間通用設(shè)計(jì)模式為指導(dǎo)的解決方案。本文將社區(qū)作為研究城市現(xiàn)象和解決城市問(wèn)題的基本空間單元，通過(guò)借鑒通用設(shè)計(jì)的理念與手法重新審視社區(qū)戶(hù)外空間與社區(qū)居民之間的相互關(guān)系，，使得社區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)以“為所有人群設(shè)計(jì)”為基本出發(fā)點(diǎn)，從而達(dá)到加強(qiáng)社區(qū)戶(hù)外空間與居民之間的互動(dòng)，提高社區(qū)戶(hù)外空間活力指數(shù)。 本文從環(huán)境心理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、環(huán)境行為學(xué)和設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)等多學(xué)科角度加以探討，借用交叉學(xué)科研究法、比較法、實(shí)地調(diào)研等方法進(jìn)行研究。論文從通用設(shè)計(jì)的理論與方法出發(fā)，論述了交往的概念和要素，分析了社區(qū)中通用戶(hù)外空間的重要性，探討了戶(hù)外空間在滿足社區(qū)居民移動(dòng)、認(rèn)知以及操作等基本需求的通用設(shè)計(jì)理念。筆者通過(guò)調(diào)研總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有社區(qū)戶(hù)外交往空間中存在的不足，論述了以通用設(shè)計(jì)為基礎(chǔ)的社區(qū)戶(hù)外空間在促進(jìn)人與人之間交往活動(dòng)的優(yōu)越性，并指明了多類(lèi)感官系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)在交往空間時(shí)的具體表現(xiàn)形式，進(jìn)而對(duì)社區(qū)戶(hù)外交往空間的媒介、營(yíng)造原則與方法進(jìn)行了較為深入的剖析。 在多元化設(shè)計(jì)的今天，利用通用設(shè)計(jì)理念的方法，社區(qū)戶(hù)外空間規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)有望擺脫只關(guān)注多數(shù)正常人需求的現(xiàn)狀，探索更為人性化地滿足不同群體需要的服務(wù)途徑。本研究將有利于為社區(qū)戶(hù)外交往空間設(shè)計(jì)乃至整個(gè)城市交往空間設(shè)計(jì)提供新的發(fā)展思路。
[Abstract]:The interaction and interaction of human beings is the foundation of the existence of the city, and the city is the main residence for the modern people to survive. The community is the basic component unit of the city. Most of the community planning and design in our country not only have the problems of narrow service area of community public facilities, waste of facilities and space, but also lack of vitality of community outdoor space. This paper aims at solving these problems, and aims at the phenomenon that the small scale space is slowly disappearing as the scale of the city increases. In this paper, the community is regarded as the basic spatial unit to study urban phenomena and solve urban problems. Through reviewing the relationship between community outdoor space and community residents by drawing lessons from the general design concept and techniques, the community planning and design is based on "design for all people" as the basic starting point. In order to strengthen the interaction between community outdoor space and residents, improve the community outdoor space vitality index. This paper discusses environmental psychology, sociology, environmental behavior and design from the perspective of interdisciplinary research, comparative method, field investigation and so on. The thesis starts from the theory and method of general design. This paper discusses the concept and elements of communication, analyzes on the importance of universal outdoor space in community, and probes into the importance of outdoor space in satisfying the movement of community residents. General design concept of basic needs such as cognition and operation. The author summarizes the shortcomings of the existing community outdoor communication space through investigation and research. This paper discusses the superiority of community outdoor space based on general design in promoting the communication activities between people, and points out the concrete expression forms of multi-sensory system design in the communication space, and then the media of community outdoor communication space. The principles and methods of construction are deeply analyzed. In today's diversified design, using the general design concept, community outdoor space planning and design is expected to get rid of the status quo of focusing only on the needs of most normal people. This study will be helpful for the community outdoor communication space design and even the whole urban communication space design to provide a new way of development.
