【摘要】：在區(qū)域中心城市由單中心逐漸向多中心方向發(fā)展的背景之下,從審視與研判階段出發(fā),以相關(guān)背景分析、相關(guān)研究綜述兩方面為切入視角,其中背景分析從區(qū)域格局審視、空港新城在地區(qū)發(fā)展過(guò)程中參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作為主要構(gòu)成部分;研究綜述分為國(guó)外和國(guó)內(nèi)綜述兩大部分。全面熟悉了解掌握國(guó)內(nèi)外圈層理論的多樣化模式、國(guó)內(nèi)外臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的最新理論和最新動(dòng)態(tài),尤其是國(guó)外成功成熟的產(chǎn)業(yè)研究成果、發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)總結(jié),以及國(guó)內(nèi)空港產(chǎn)業(yè)體系最新發(fā)展的實(shí)踐。綜合上述圈層理論發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)體系結(jié)構(gòu)兩方面研究,探析國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于空港新城在圈層理論模式下的空間發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)布局,總結(jié)相關(guān)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)與問(wèn)題,對(duì)決定空港新城發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)問(wèn)題,諸如圈層影響范圍、臨空產(chǎn)業(yè)類型、產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的影響因素、產(chǎn)業(yè)用地布局特征有一定掌握。通過(guò)相關(guān)案例的解讀,綜合以上的研究思路,立足于空港新城發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)理論研究,整理研究的脈絡(luò),具體到合肥區(qū)域性特大城市空港新城的空間結(jié)構(gòu)研析,對(duì)空港新城范圍內(nèi)生態(tài)的環(huán)境敏感性進(jìn)行分析,確立新城的空間功能管制分區(qū),全面尊重開(kāi)發(fā)地域的生態(tài)本底系統(tǒng),構(gòu)筑生態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系;重中之重是在區(qū)域更大范圍內(nèi),立足合肥、六安產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況,研判產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),綜合確定空港新城建設(shè)范圍內(nèi)自身適宜的產(chǎn)業(yè)門(mén)類與結(jié)構(gòu)體系,與圈層理論相融合進(jìn)行科學(xué)布局,并由此思考承載產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的用地結(jié)構(gòu)組織與優(yōu)化、功能布局的科學(xué)定位等問(wèn)題,研究空港新城的空間結(jié)構(gòu)布局。論文在合肥區(qū)域性特大城市在發(fā)展臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)、建設(shè)空港新城過(guò)程中,針對(duì)新城功能定位、交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)格局的系統(tǒng)組織、產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇與布局以及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施支撐配套等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行評(píng)判,對(duì)于合肥新橋空港的空間結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展與優(yōu)化給予發(fā)展建議與對(duì)策;為合肥新橋空港新城相關(guān)政策的制定和落實(shí)提供依據(jù)和指導(dǎo),為合肥新橋空港新城與中心主城之間的聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展提供理論參考與借鑒。

Through the interpretation of relevant cases, the comprehensive above research, basic theory research based on the development of Metro Airport, finishing the study context specific to the research and analysis of spatial structure of Hefei regional Mega City Metro Airport, the airport environmental sensitivity within the town ecological analysis, establishment of metro space function zoning, fully respecting the ecological background of regional system development, build an ecological network system; priority among priorities in the region in a large range, based in Hefei, the development situation of Lu'an industry, analysis of industry trends, determine the industrial categories and structure of Metro Airport Construction within the scope of its suitable body The Department, and the circle theory integration of scientific layout, and thus thinking bearing industrial layout of the land use structure and organization optimization, function layout scientific positioning, spatial structure of Metro Airport.
