【摘要】：水是生命之源,人們的生活、生產(chǎn)離不開(kāi)水,隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,人們的環(huán)保意識(shí)逐漸增強(qiáng),但在推進(jìn)工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大背景下,水污染事件仍不斷發(fā)生。2011年6月5日,杭州市余杭區(qū)境內(nèi)的飲用水水源——苕溪,遭到有機(jī)物的污染,轄區(qū)內(nèi)余杭水廠停產(chǎn),瓶窯水廠、良渚水廠供應(yīng)的自來(lái)水只能使用不能飲用,直接威脅余杭區(qū)80余萬(wàn)城鄉(xiāng)居民的飲用水安全,最終雖通過(guò)備用水源的啟用、杭州市城區(qū)水量的調(diào)撥、管網(wǎng)的大面積沖洗有驚無(wú)險(xiǎn)的度過(guò),但在經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)輿論上造成不良影響。本文通過(guò)分析余杭區(qū)的城鄉(xiāng)供水現(xiàn)狀,調(diào)研飲用水的安全保障系數(shù),指出當(dāng)前飲用水安全存在的主要問(wèn)題,同時(shí)結(jié)合余杭區(qū)周邊的水源情況及管網(wǎng)部署進(jìn)行探討和研究,并提出改善飲用水安全保障的相應(yīng)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Water is the source of life, people's life and production can not be separated from water. With the development of society, people's awareness of environmental protection is gradually enhanced, but in the context of promoting industrial and economic development, water pollution incidents continue to occur. June 5th 2011, The drinking water source-Tiaoxi, which is in Yuhang District of Hangzhou, is polluted by organic matter. The production of water from Yuhang Waterworks in the area of jurisdiction is suspended, and the tap water supplied by the bottle Kiln and Liangzhu Waterworks can only be used and not drinkable. It is a direct threat to the safety of drinking water of more than 800,000 urban and rural residents in Yuhang District. Although the use of reserve water sources, the allocation of water in Hangzhou's urban areas, and the extensive washing of the pipe network have finally passed without danger, However, this paper analyzes the present situation of urban and rural water supply in Yuhang District, investigates the safety guarantee coefficient of drinking water, and points out the main problems existing in drinking water safety. At the same time, the situation of water source and the arrangement of pipe network around Yuhang District are discussed and studied, and the corresponding countermeasures to improve the safety of drinking water are put forward.
