基于風(fēng)速比和空氣齡的住宅小區(qū)風(fēng)環(huán)境數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程的加快,有越來越多的人居住在城市中,且目前城市的居住形式以住宅小區(qū)為主,小區(qū)的室外環(huán)境狀況直接關(guān)系到人們的生活質(zhì)量,而室外風(fēng)環(huán)境是評價(jià)室外環(huán)境狀況的重要指標(biāo)。室外風(fēng)環(huán)境對人們在室外活動(dòng)的安全性和舒適性有直接影響,并對建筑室內(nèi)通風(fēng)和能耗也有較大影響。住宅小區(qū)的室外風(fēng)環(huán)境與小區(qū)所在地的地形地貌、當(dāng)?shù)仫L(fēng)向、建筑布局形式、建筑密度、建筑容積率等因素有關(guān)。因此,對各因素對小區(qū)風(fēng)環(huán)境的影響進(jìn)行研究,以得到較好的風(fēng)環(huán)境是很有必要的。 對住宅小區(qū)室外風(fēng)環(huán)境的研究方法主要有三種:現(xiàn)場實(shí)測、風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)、數(shù)值模擬。本文在總結(jié)前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,采用Fluent軟件對住宅小區(qū)室外風(fēng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行研究,以小區(qū)的建筑布局形式、建筑密度、建筑容積率以及風(fēng)向?qū)κ彝怙L(fēng)環(huán)境的影響為研究重點(diǎn),以小區(qū)行人高度處的風(fēng)速比和空氣齡分布來評價(jià)小區(qū)室外風(fēng)環(huán)境的優(yōu)劣。 本文對住宅小區(qū)常用的4種布局形式在主導(dǎo)風(fēng)向下的風(fēng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行模擬分析,并以風(fēng)速比和空氣齡作為評價(jià)指標(biāo),得到了各種布局下的風(fēng)環(huán)境狀況。在此基礎(chǔ)上,,以行列式布局為基礎(chǔ),研究了建筑密度和建筑容積率對小區(qū)室外風(fēng)環(huán)境的影響,并得到了一些定性和定量的關(guān)系。論文最后對4種布局形式在不同風(fēng)向下的風(fēng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行研究,并以風(fēng)向與建筑主迎風(fēng)面垂線的夾角來表征風(fēng)向,得到了各種布局形式下風(fēng)向與小區(qū)風(fēng)環(huán)境的一些量化關(guān)系。本文的研究可以為住宅小區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供參考,并起到指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in our country, more and more people live in the city, and the residential area is the main form of living in the city. The outdoor environment of the residential area is directly related to people's quality of life. The outdoor wind environment is an important index to evaluate the outdoor environment condition. The outdoor wind environment has a direct impact on the safety and comfort of people's outdoor activities. The outdoor wind environment of residential district is related to the landform, local wind direction, building layout form, building density, building volume ratio and so on. It is necessary to study the influence of various factors on the wind environment in order to get a better wind environment. There are three main research methods for outdoor wind environment of residential district: field measurement, wind tunnel test, numerical simulation. Based on the previous research results, this paper uses Fluent software to study outdoor wind environment in residential area. The paper focuses on the influence of building layout, building density, building volume ratio and wind direction on the outdoor wind environment, and evaluates the outdoor wind environment by the ratio of wind speed at pedestrian height and the distribution of air age. This paper simulates and analyzes the wind environment under the dominant wind direction of four common layout forms in residential area, and takes wind speed ratio and air age as the evaluation index, and obtains the wind environment condition under various layout. Based on determinant layout, the influence of building density and building volume ratio on outdoor wind environment of residential area is studied, and some qualitative and quantitative relationships are obtained. The wind direction is characterized by the angle between the wind direction and the vertical line of the main upwind surface of the building, and some quantitative relations between the wind direction and the wind environment of the residential area under various layout forms are obtained. The research in this paper can provide a reference for the planning and design of the residential district. And play a guiding role.
