改善重慶地區(qū)外墻涂料沾污研究

【摘要】:重慶作為西部大開發(fā)的龍頭,近些年發(fā)展十分迅速,房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)因此得到了飛速的發(fā)展,涂料行業(yè)也隨之迎來了發(fā)展的春天。但涂料沾污的問題一直沒有得到很好的解決,這已經(jīng)成為了外墻涂料應(yīng)用推廣的一大阻礙。 根據(jù)調(diào)研的情況來看,涂料的沾污形式主要為積灰和流掛,重慶市幾乎所有使用外墻涂料的建筑物都有此類問題,少數(shù)的建筑物還有發(fā)霉和雨痕的現(xiàn)象。積灰跟建筑物墻面的平整度有關(guān),通過施工等方式改進(jìn)墻面的平整度可以大幅度減少墻面的積灰;流掛可以通過在橫梁、女兒墻設(shè)計挑檐翻邊和在窗臺設(shè)計滴水凹槽等措施來改善。 本研究表明,不同乳液結(jié)構(gòu)類型的建筑涂料的耐沾污性有著很大的差別,在比較硅丙乳液、苯丙乳液及純丙乳液的耐酸性、耐水性、耐堿性、耐沾污性后,實驗結(jié)果表明硅丙乳液基的外墻涂料耐沾污性在三者中最好。 外墻涂料PVC對涂料的耐沾污有很大影響,涂膜反射率下降值會隨著PVC的增大先逐漸降低。當(dāng)PVC增至45%左右時,涂膜反射率下降值降至最低點,之后隨著PVC的增大而急劇上升。說明PVC≤CPVC時,涂料的耐沾污性會隨著PVC的增大而提高。 當(dāng)羥乙基纖維素醚摻量增加時,涂膜反射率下降值在不斷降低,耐沾污性在增強。締合型和非締合型增稠劑的比例為4:1時,涂膜反射率下降值降至最低點,,耐沾污性最好。丙二醇摻量為5%時,涂膜反射率下降值降至最低點,耐沾污性最好。
[Abstract]:Chongqing, as the leader of the western development, has developed very rapidly in recent years, so the real estate industry has been developing rapidly, and the paint industry has also ushered in the spring of development. However, the problem of paint contamination has not been solved very well. This has become a major obstacle to the application and promotion of exterior wall coatings. According to the investigation and investigation, the main forms of paint contamination are ash deposition and flow hanging. Almost all buildings in Chongqing that use exterior wall paint have this kind of problem. A few buildings also have mildew and rain marks. Ash accumulation is related to the smoothness of the wall surface of the building. Improving the smoothness of the wall surface by means of construction and other means can greatly reduce the accumulation of ash on the wall surface; the flow hanging can be passed through the crossbeam. The parapet design measures such as flanging the eaves and designing drip grooves on the windowsill. The results show that there are great differences in the stain resistance of architectural coatings with different emulsion types. After comparing the acid resistance, water resistance, alkali resistance and contamination resistance of silicon-acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion and pure acrylic emulsion, The results show that the antifouling property of silicone-acrylic emulsion based exterior wall coatings is the best among them. The PVC of exterior wall coating has a great influence on the stain resistance of the coating, and the decreasing value of the coating reflectivity will decrease gradually with the increase of PVC.
