【摘要】：北京市區(qū)目前有上千公里的燃?xì)夤芫�,因運(yùn)行年限過長(zhǎng),腐蝕情況十分嚴(yán)重,急需改造。由于北京市近年來城市建設(shè)速度較快,道路上機(jī)動(dòng)車數(shù)量猛增,同時(shí)地下各綜合管線不斷實(shí)施,造成原位開槽換管實(shí)施難度加大,各項(xiàng)非開挖修復(fù)工藝大量應(yīng)用在實(shí)際改造工程中,其中翻轉(zhuǎn)內(nèi)襯修復(fù)方式在實(shí)際運(yùn)用過程中體現(xiàn)出了突出的優(yōu)勢(shì)。2011年市燃?xì)饧瘓F(tuán)完成對(duì)東三環(huán)華威橋下700多米燃?xì)飧邏汗芫�的翻轉(zhuǎn)內(nèi)襯修復(fù)。作為試驗(yàn)段,該工藝經(jīng)檢測(cè)完全適用于老舊高壓燃?xì)夤艿赖男迯?fù)工作[1],可以在高壓燃?xì)夤芫�修復(fù)工作中加以推廣,通過試驗(yàn)擴(kuò)展了翻轉(zhuǎn)內(nèi)襯工藝應(yīng)用的范圍,解決了高壓管線非開挖修復(fù)的難題。然而在翻轉(zhuǎn)內(nèi)襯工藝實(shí)施過程中由于受到城市管理要求制約,以及不可知因素限制,造成前期手續(xù)辦理周期較長(zhǎng),以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件復(fù)雜造成施工降效情況發(fā)生,無法達(dá)到消除管線隱患的目的,因此需要對(duì)翻轉(zhuǎn)內(nèi)襯工藝組織實(shí)施過程,尤其是建設(shè)單位手續(xù)辦理方面通過優(yōu)化組織機(jī)構(gòu)的方式加以改進(jìn),在總結(jié)工藝實(shí)施流程經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,高效推進(jìn)工作,確保施工工期的目的。
[Abstract]:At present, there are thousands of kilometers of gas pipelines in Beijing's urban areas. Due to the long service life, the corrosion situation is very serious, and it is in urgent need of renovation. Because of the rapid urban construction in Beijing in recent years, the number of motor vehicles on the roads has increased dramatically. At the same time, the continuous implementation of underground comprehensive pipelines, resulting in in situ slotted pipe change implementation difficulties, various non-excavation repair technology is widely used in the actual transformation project, In 2011, the City Gas Group completed the repair of more than 700 meters of high pressure gas pipeline under Huawei Bridge in East third Ring Road. The process is fully applicable to the repair of old and old high pressure gas pipelines [1], and can be popularized in the repair of high pressure gas pipelines. The scope of application of the reverse liner process is extended through experiments. The problem of non-excavation and repair of high-pressure pipeline is solved. However, due to the restriction of urban management and unknowable factors in the implementation of the overturned lining process, the pre-procedure processing period is longer. And the complex conditions of the site cause the situation of construction efficiency reduction, which can not achieve the purpose of eliminating the hidden danger of pipeline, so it is necessary to organize the implementation process of the overturned lining process. In particular, the procedures of construction units should be improved by optimizing the organizational structure. On the basis of summing up the experience of the process implementation process, the work should be advanced efficiently to ensure the purpose of construction period.
