【摘要】：隨著可持續(xù)發(fā)展指導(dǎo)方針在我國(guó)資源利用領(lǐng)域的實(shí)施,國(guó)家在建筑領(lǐng)域提出了節(jié)能、節(jié)土的墻體改革政策。蒸壓粉煤灰磚具有低碳、節(jié)能、利廢等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。在其發(fā)展的早期由于生產(chǎn)工藝等原因,蒸壓粉煤灰磚的耐久性較差,使其在具體應(yīng)用中受到限制。現(xiàn)今蒸壓粉煤灰磚通過(guò)對(duì)壓制成型等工藝環(huán)節(jié)的改進(jìn),其強(qiáng)度和耐久性有了很大的提高。為了在實(shí)際工程中合理地對(duì)經(jīng)高壓多次排氣壓制成的蒸壓粉煤灰磚進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,并為相關(guān)規(guī)范的編制提供試驗(yàn)及理論依據(jù),本文開(kāi)展了如下研究工作：(1)研究蒸壓粉煤灰磚的力學(xué)性能。通過(guò)試驗(yàn)對(duì)蒸壓粉煤灰單塊磚進(jìn)行抗壓與抗折性能的試驗(yàn),分析了影響蒸壓粉煤灰磚抗壓強(qiáng)度與抗折強(qiáng)度影響因素。(2)通過(guò)試驗(yàn)研究了蒸壓粉煤灰磚砌體的軸心受壓力學(xué)性能�？紤]了砂漿強(qiáng)度對(duì)砌體抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響,對(duì)比分析了蒸壓粉煤灰磚砌體與燒結(jié)磚砌體的軸心受壓力學(xué)性能。(3)通過(guò)試驗(yàn)研究了蒸壓粉煤灰磚沿通縫抗剪性能,考慮了不同砂漿強(qiáng)度對(duì)砌體抗剪性能的影響,得出了其抗剪破壞特征,分析了砂漿對(duì)蒸壓粉煤灰磚砌體沿通縫抗剪強(qiáng)度的影響。(4)通過(guò)試驗(yàn)研究了蒸壓粉煤灰磚墻體在低周往復(fù)荷載作用下的抗震性能,分析了蒸壓粉煤灰墻體的承載力、變形與破壞特征,以及強(qiáng)度、剛度、延性、耗能等性能,最后總結(jié)分析了影響蒸壓粉煤灰墻體抗震性能的因素。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of sustainable development guidelines in the field of resource utilization in China, the state has put forward a wall reform policy of saving energy and soil in the field of construction. In the early stage of its development, because of the production process, the durability of autoclaved pulverized coal brick is poor, which makes it limited in specific application. Its strength and durability have been greatly improved. In order to reasonably apply autoclaved fly ash brick pressed by high pressure multiple exhaust in practical engineering, and to provide experimental and theoretical basis for the compilation of relevant codes, The mechanical properties of autoclaved fly ash brick were studied in this paper. The compressive and flexural properties of autoclaved fly ash single brick were tested. The influence factors of compressive strength and flexural strength of autoclaved fly ash brick are analyzed. The mechanical properties of autoclaved fly ash brick masonry under axial compression are studied through experiments, and the influence of mortar strength on the compressive strength of masonry is considered. The axial compression mechanical properties of autoclaved fly ash brick masonry and sintered brick masonry are compared and analyzed. The shear resistance of autoclaved fly ash brick along the pass joint is studied through experiments. The influence of different mortar strength on the shear resistance of masonry is considered. The shear failure characteristics of autoclaved fly ash brick masonry are obtained, and the influence of mortar on the shear strength along the opening joint of autoclaved fly ash brick masonry is analyzed. The seismic behavior of autoclaved fly ash brick wall under low cycle reciprocating load is studied through experiments. The bearing capacity, deformation and failure characteristics, strength, stiffness, ductility and energy dissipation of autoclaved fly ash wall are analyzed. Finally, the factors affecting seismic performance of autoclaved fly ash wall are summarized and analyzed.
