建筑垃圾再生骨料混凝土砌塊配合比及其砌體基本力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的加快,建筑業(yè)得到了快速發(fā)展,與此同時(shí)產(chǎn)生大量的建筑垃圾。將這些建筑垃圾經(jīng)過(guò)加工處理制成再生骨料混凝土空心砌塊符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展的六大原則,有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)保效益。然而,再生混凝土空心砌塊是一種新型墻體材料,需要建立一個(gè)完善的理論體系,才能真正地在實(shí)際工程中被大力的推廣應(yīng)用。本文通過(guò)對(duì)再生骨料混凝土砌塊配合比及其砌體基本力學(xué)性能的試驗(yàn)研究與理論分析,為再生混凝土空心砌塊在實(shí)際工程中的廣泛應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù)及建議。 本文基于自由水灰比的設(shè)計(jì)思想,設(shè)計(jì)了27組不同配合比的再生骨料混凝土,并按照現(xiàn)行規(guī)范對(duì)再生骨料混凝土立方體抗壓強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,分析了抗壓強(qiáng)度與粗細(xì)骨料取代率、水灰比的關(guān)系;此外,擬合出了以粗、細(xì)骨料替代率和水灰比為參數(shù)的再生混凝土配合比公式,給出了不同強(qiáng)度等級(jí)再生混凝土的配合比表。 通過(guò)對(duì)28組再生骨料混凝土砌塊砌體的試件進(jìn)行受壓性能試驗(yàn),研究了砌體的破壞特征、受壓強(qiáng)度、應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線關(guān)系、彈性模量和泊松比,分析了砂漿強(qiáng)度和砌塊強(qiáng)度對(duì)砌體受壓性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:砌體抗壓強(qiáng)度主要受砌塊強(qiáng)度的影響,當(dāng)砌塊強(qiáng)度等級(jí)增高一級(jí)時(shí),砌體的抗壓強(qiáng)度提高了約55%;砂漿強(qiáng)度的提高會(huì)導(dǎo)致砌體抗壓強(qiáng)度的增大,但是收益有限。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)研究分析,再生骨料混凝土砌塊砌體抗壓強(qiáng)度的設(shè)計(jì)值可按《砌體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》中提供的普通混凝土砌塊砌體強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值進(jìn)行取值。 通過(guò)對(duì)40組再生骨料混凝土砌塊砌體的抗剪性能試驗(yàn),研究了抗剪砌體的破壞形態(tài)與抗剪強(qiáng)度,分析砂漿強(qiáng)度對(duì)砌體的抗剪強(qiáng)度的影響。結(jié)果表明:再生骨料混凝土砌塊砌體與普通混凝土砌塊砌體有著相近的受剪性能。砂漿強(qiáng)度是砌體抗剪強(qiáng)度最重要的影響因素,,隨著砂漿強(qiáng)度的增大而增長(zhǎng);當(dāng)砂漿強(qiáng)度提高一個(gè)級(jí)別時(shí),實(shí)測(cè)的砌體抗剪強(qiáng)度將增加8.7%。實(shí)測(cè)的再生骨料混凝土砌塊砌體的抗剪強(qiáng)度值要小于規(guī)范公式計(jì)算的理論值,經(jīng)分析給出砌體的抗剪強(qiáng)度均值的修正公式。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in our country, the construction industry has been developing rapidly, and at the same time, a large amount of construction waste has been produced. The construction waste is processed and processed into recycled aggregate concrete hollow block, which conforms to the six principles of sustainable development. Have good economic and environmental benefits. However, recycled concrete hollow block is a new type of wall material, need to establish a sound theoretical system, In order to be popularized and applied in practical engineering, this paper studies and analyses the basic mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete block by means of experimental research and theoretical analysis. The theoretical basis and suggestions are provided for the wide application of recycled concrete hollow block in practical engineering. Based on the design idea of free water-cement ratio, 27 groups of recycled aggregate concrete with different mix ratio were designed, and the cube compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete was tested according to the current code. The relationship between compressive strength and replacement rate of coarse aggregate and water-cement ratio is analyzed, in addition, the formula of mix ratio of recycled concrete with coarse, fine aggregate substitution rate and water-cement ratio as parameters is fitted. The proportion table of recycled concrete with different strength grades is given. Based on the compressive tests of 28 groups of recycled aggregate concrete block masonry specimens, the failure characteristics, compressive strength, stress-strain curve, elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of the masonry are studied. The effects of mortar strength and block strength on the compressive properties of masonry are analyzed. The results show that the compressive strength of masonry is mainly affected by the strength of masonry blocks, and when the strength grade of masonry blocks increases by one level, The compressive strength of masonry has been increased by about 55. The increase of mortar strength will lead to the increase of masonry compressive strength, but the benefit is limited. The design value of compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete block masonry can be obtained according to the design value of ordinary concrete block masonry strength provided in the Code for masonry structure Design. Based on the tests of 40 groups of recycled aggregate concrete block masonry, the failure mode and shear strength of shear-resistant masonry are studied. The influence of mortar strength on the shear strength of masonry is analyzed. The results show that recycled aggregate concrete block masonry has similar shear performance to ordinary concrete block masonry, and mortar strength is the most important influencing factor of masonry shear strength. With the increase of mortar strength, when mortar strength increases by one grade, the measured shear strength of masonry will increase by 8.7%. The measured shear strength of recycled aggregate concrete block masonry is smaller than the theoretical value calculated by the standard formula. The revised formula of the mean value of shear strength of masonry is given through analysis.
