框架結(jié)構(gòu)整體移位中天然地基過(guò)渡段沉降規(guī)律模擬分析

【摘要】:建筑物整體移位技術(shù)對(duì)于我國(guó)的城市建設(shè)、規(guī)劃和建筑物改造及古建筑的保護(hù)具有重要意義,并取得了顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益、環(huán)保效益。但移位建筑對(duì)于地基基礎(chǔ)的作用不同于靜止(在建)建筑物:瞬時(shí)荷載、動(dòng)荷載、一次性大荷載,這決定了移位建筑物的地基與基礎(chǔ)有其自身的受力特性。建筑物原地基長(zhǎng)期受上部荷載作用,沉降變形已趨于穩(wěn)定;整體移位過(guò)程中,軌道地基會(huì)因受力固結(jié)壓縮產(chǎn)生新的沉降。在影響上部結(jié)構(gòu)安全性的各因素中,最主要的為在新舊基礎(chǔ)過(guò)渡段會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大不均勻沉降(即相鄰柱腳沉降差)。沉降差的產(chǎn)生不僅會(huì)在移位建筑物上部結(jié)構(gòu)中產(chǎn)生附加內(nèi)力,而且超過(guò)一定限值甚至?xí)斐山Y(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件開裂。雖然許多文獻(xiàn)對(duì)建筑物整體移位技術(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)和施工進(jìn)行了研究探討,但大多數(shù)工程仍是依靠技術(shù)人員的經(jīng)驗(yàn),尚未形成一套完整且成熟的設(shè)計(jì)理論和施工方法。因此,研究建筑物移位過(guò)程中地基沉降變形規(guī)律并找出合適的對(duì)策對(duì)于保證建筑的安全具有重要的意義。在制定過(guò)渡段軌道基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)方案時(shí)要考慮兩個(gè)因素:一是安全因素,要保證移位過(guò)程安全可靠;二是做技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,盡可能在安全可靠的前提下降低造價(jià)。針對(duì)這些現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)于框架結(jié)構(gòu),利用ANSYS有限元軟件分析天然地基上軌道基礎(chǔ)高度及寬度對(duì)沉降變形的影響。結(jié)果表明,加大軌道基礎(chǔ)的寬度和高度(即剛度)可以減小移位過(guò)程中的沉降變形,并對(duì)三層、四層框架建筑進(jìn)行移位模擬,找到了其在移位過(guò)程中控制過(guò)渡段地基沉降差的對(duì)策,得到了所需要的軌道基礎(chǔ)最佳截面尺寸組合。本文還對(duì)相鄰柱腳的最大沉降差的出現(xiàn)位置、不同高度建筑物在移位中地基沉降變形趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了模擬分析。
[Abstract]:The technology of integral displacement of buildings is of great significance to the urban construction, planning, building reconstruction and the protection of ancient buildings in China, and has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits. But the effect of the displaced building on the foundation is different from that of the static (under construction) building: instantaneous load, dynamic load, one-off large load, This determines that the foundation and foundation of the displaced building have their own mechanical characteristics. The original foundation of the building has been subjected to the upper load for a long time, and the settlement and deformation have become stable. The new settlement of track foundation will be caused by consolidation and compression. Among the factors that affect the safety of superstructure, The most important thing is that there will be large uneven settlement in the transition section of the new and old foundations (that is, the settlement difference between the adjacent columns.) the settlement difference will not only produce additional internal forces in the displacement of the superstructure of the building, Although many literatures have studied and discussed the design and construction of the whole displacement technology of buildings, most of the projects still rely on the experience of technicians. A complete and mature design theory and construction method have not yet been developed. It is of great significance to study the law of foundation settlement and deformation in the process of building displacement and find out appropriate countermeasures to ensure the safety of building. Two factors should be considered when formulating the design scheme of track foundation in transition section: one is safety factor, the other is safety factor. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the shift process, the second is to do technical and economic analysis to reduce the cost under the premise of safety and reliability as far as possible. The influence of the height and width of track foundation on natural foundation is analyzed by using ANSYS software. The results show that increasing the width and height of track foundation (i.e. stiffness) can reduce the settlement deformation in the course of displacement. The displacement simulation of the four-story frame building is carried out, and the countermeasures to control the settlement difference in the transition section are found, and the optimum cross section size combination of the track foundation is obtained. The location of the maximum settlement difference between the adjacent column feet is also discussed in this paper. The tendency of foundation settlement and deformation during displacement of buildings with different heights is simulated and analyzed.
