提鈦尾渣制備鐵鋁酸鹽水泥熟料及其性能研究

【摘要】:本文以提鈦尾渣、活性生石灰和工業(yè)鐵紅為原料制備出了鐵鋁酸鹽水泥熟料。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容包括: (1)研究了兩種緩冷提鈦尾渣的化學(xué)及物相組成,凝結(jié)時(shí)間和水化強(qiáng)度,并觀察了不同養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期水化產(chǎn)物的顯微形貌。結(jié)果表明,提鈦尾渣化學(xué)礦物組成和水化性能與鋁酸鹽水泥具有相似性,其主要水化物相是CA和CA2且水化過程類似CA50鋁酸鹽水泥。 (2)研究了配料比、煅燒溫度、保溫時(shí)間對(duì)急冷提鈦尾渣制備鐵鋁酸鹽水泥熟料的影響。結(jié)果表明,以提鈦尾渣、活性生石灰和工業(yè)鐵紅燒制鐵鋁酸鹽水泥熟料的工藝是可行的。最佳工藝參數(shù)為提鈦尾渣67wt%,,工業(yè)鐵紅15wt%,活性生石灰18wt%時(shí),經(jīng)過1250~1300℃保溫1h煅燒。 (3)研究了鐵鋁酸鹽水泥熟料的凝結(jié)時(shí)間、水化強(qiáng)度發(fā)展和不同齡期水化產(chǎn)物的顯微形貌。結(jié)果表明,實(shí)驗(yàn)制備的鐵鋁酸鹽水泥熟料具有早強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)。初凝時(shí)間為46min,終凝時(shí)間為87min,1d耐壓強(qiáng)度超過40MPa,但后期強(qiáng)度不理想。 (4)研究了鐵鋁酸鹽水泥熟料在高鋁澆注料中的應(yīng)用性能,并與FONDU水泥、Secar71進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明,鐵鋁酸鹽水泥在高鋁澆注料中的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度發(fā)展與FONDU水泥相近,其110℃×24小時(shí)、1100℃×3小時(shí)熱處理后的強(qiáng)度發(fā)展與FONDU水泥接近但低于Secar71結(jié)合強(qiáng)度,1400℃×3小時(shí)熱處理后的強(qiáng)度高于后兩者。
[Abstract]:In this paper, iron aluminate cement clinker was prepared from titanium tailings, active quicklime and industrial iron red. 1) the chemical and phase composition, setting time and hydration strength of two slow-cooling titanium tailings were studied, and the micromorphology of hydration products at different curing ages were observed. The chemical mineral composition and hydration performance of titanium tailings are similar to those of aluminate cement. The main hydration phases are CA and CA2 and the hydration process is similar to that of CA50 aluminate cement. (2) the effects of proportioning ratio, calcination temperature and heat preservation time on the preparation of ferrite aluminate cement clinker from rapidly cooled titanium tailings were studied. The process of producing iron-aluminate cement clinker by activated lime and industrial iron red sintering is feasible. The optimum technological parameters are as follows: 67wtt tailings of titanium extraction, 15wtt of industrial iron red and 18wt% of activated quicklime, calcined at 1250,1300 鈩
