BIM在建筑方案設(shè)計過程中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)今的社會已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)了由工業(yè)時代向信息時代的轉(zhuǎn)化,行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率隨著技術(shù)的發(fā)展而大幅提高。近年來我國建筑業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,但與發(fā)達國家相比,產(chǎn)業(yè)的效能還不是很高,其重要原因之一就信息技術(shù)的應(yīng)用還不夠深入。建筑方案設(shè)計,是建筑設(shè)計首要的重要環(huán)節(jié),已經(jīng)不再停留在傳統(tǒng)的二維圖等技術(shù)要求了,需要的是先進“數(shù)據(jù)信息功能”的支撐。“建筑信息模型”(Building Information Model,簡稱BIM)是近年來引入的一種能夠精確描述工程對象及活動的數(shù)據(jù)模型,它可以創(chuàng)建出包含大量真實建筑信息的虛擬建筑模型。該模型包含了大量建筑材料和構(gòu)建信息,是一個含蓋了建筑所有信息的綜合數(shù)據(jù)庫,這個數(shù)據(jù)庫不僅可以用于建筑設(shè)計,還可以用于結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、設(shè)備管理、工程量統(tǒng)計、成本計算、物業(yè)管理等建筑全生命周期的管理。本文通過運用BIM技術(shù)對建筑方案設(shè)計流程的優(yōu)化分析,探討了應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)的“可行性”與“必要性”;進而說明BIM在建筑方案設(shè)計階段中的具體的應(yīng)用點;最后結(jié)合“義烏中福廣場工程”對BIM在建筑方案設(shè)計階段中的具體應(yīng)用過程和結(jié)果進行了分析。本文的主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)分別從建筑方案設(shè)計流程的“縱向”與“橫向”角度,通過運用BIM技術(shù)對建筑方案設(shè)計流程的“后期前置”與“深化優(yōu)化”,分析探討了應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)的“可行性”與“必要性”。在BIM技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢管理下,讓整個的“建筑方案設(shè)計流程”更為整合化,大大提高設(shè)計效率。(2)從BIM技術(shù)針對建筑方案設(shè)計流程的“功能需求”的優(yōu)勢分析、BIM的“技術(shù)支持”以及建筑方案設(shè)計過程與BIM軟件的結(jié)合點分解三個方面來闡釋和分析了BIM在建筑方案設(shè)計不同階段的具體“應(yīng)用點”。(3)以義烏中福廣場工程為研究對象,主要運用Revit等軟件,從建筑方案設(shè)計的任務(wù)分析、方案形成、方案確定、方案深化和方案表達等各階段,對BIM技術(shù)具體的建模分析、深化設(shè)計和方案展示等過程進行了闡述,對推動BIM技術(shù)在建筑方案設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the society has realized the transformation from the industrial age to the information age, and the production efficiency of the industry has been greatly improved with the development of technology. In recent years, the construction industry of our country has developed rapidly, but compared with the developed countries, the efficiency of the industry is not very high. One of the important reasons is that the application of information technology is not deep enough. Architectural scheme design, which is the most important link of architectural design, no longer stays in the traditional technical requirements such as two-dimensional drawings. What is needed is the support of advanced "data information function". Building Information Model (BIMM) is a kind of data model introduced in recent years, which can accurately describe engineering objects and activities. It can create a virtual building model that contains a lot of real building information. The model contains a lot of building materials and building information. It is a comprehensive database with all the information about the building, which can be used not only for architectural design, but also for building design. It can also be used in structure design, equipment management, engineering quantity statistics, cost calculation, property management and other building life cycle management. The "feasibility" and "necessity" of applying BIM technology are discussed, and the concrete application points of BIM in the stage of architectural scheme design are explained. Finally, combined with "Yiwu Zhongfu Square Project", the paper analyzes the concrete application process and results of BIM in the stage of architectural scheme design. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) from the angle of "vertical" and "horizontal" of the design process of the architectural scheme, Through the application of BIM technology to the "anaphase preposition" and "deepening optimization" of the architectural scheme design process, the feasibility and necessity of the application of BIM technology are analyzed and discussed. Under the advantage management of BIM technology, this paper analyzes and discusses the feasibility and necessity of applying BIM technology. Make the whole "architecture design process" more integrated, Greatly improve the efficiency of design. (2) from the analysis of the advantages of BIM technology in view of the "function requirement" of the design process of the building scheme, and the "technical support" of the design process of the building scheme and the decomposition of the joint point between the design process of the building scheme and the BIM software, the paper explains the following three aspects. And analyzes the concrete "application point" of BIM in different stages of architectural scheme design. (3) taking Yiwu Zhongfu Square Project as the research object, By using Revit and other software, this paper expounds the process of modeling and analysis, deepening design and demonstration of BIM technology from various stages of task analysis, scheme formation, scheme determination, scheme deepening and scheme expression of architectural scheme design. It can be used for reference to promote the application of BIM technology in architectural scheme design.
