【摘要】:冷鏈物流指在生產(chǎn)、貯藏、運輸、銷售到消費前的各個環(huán)節(jié)中保持冷藏冷凍類食品于規(guī)定的低溫環(huán)境下,以保證食品質(zhì)量,減少食品損耗的一項系統(tǒng)工程。冷鏈物流倉庫是冷鏈物流運作流程中食品儲存、加工的主要場所,其平面布局對該流程物流成本有較大影響。冷鏈物流倉庫的平面布局指用平面的方式展現(xiàn)冷鏈物流倉庫的空間布置和安排。本文針對冷鏈物流倉庫平面布局的特點提出一種基于參數(shù)化模塊的設(shè)計方法。本文以某冷鏈物流中心設(shè)計實例為背景,對冷鏈物流倉庫的平面布局方式方法進行了研究。論文的主要工作總結(jié)如下:首先,本文針對冷鏈物流倉庫平面布局以立柱為主要結(jié)構(gòu)特征、局部平面圖形較規(guī)則的特點,根據(jù)倉庫平面不同的參數(shù)條件設(shè)計了3種基本的貨架布局方式。其次,提出一種基于可調(diào)用的參數(shù)化單元模塊進行冷鏈物流倉庫平面布局設(shè)計的方法,對倉庫平面進行模塊化分解后,調(diào)用參數(shù)化單元進行參數(shù)化修改和變形,再重新組合形成貨架平面布局,達到減少繪圖工作量并且提高繪圖精確度的目的。第三,在某冷鏈物流中心設(shè)計實例中對倉庫平面布局參數(shù)化設(shè)計方法進行了實際應(yīng)用,并最終得到具有參考價值的設(shè)計結(jié)果。本文將具有參數(shù)化、模塊化思想的參數(shù)化模塊應(yīng)用于冷鏈物流倉庫貨架平面布局設(shè)計中,通過實例應(yīng)用對其可行性進行了檢驗,為倉庫平面布局二維平面繪圖及三維設(shè)計提供一種可參考的設(shè)計方法和可發(fā)展的思路。
[Abstract]:Cold chain logistics refers to the maintenance of refrigerated frozen foods in a specified low temperature environment at all stages of production, storage, transportation and sale to consumption in order to ensure the quality of food. Cold chain Logistics Warehouse is the main place for food storage and processing in the cold chain logistics operation process. The plane layout of the cold chain logistics warehouse means to display the space arrangement and arrangement of the cold chain logistics warehouse in a flat way. This paper aims at the special features of the plane layout of the cold chain logistics warehouse. A design method based on parameterized module is proposed in this paper, which is based on a design example of a cold chain logistics center. The main work of this paper is summarized as follows: first of all, the main structure of the layout of cold chain logistics warehouse is column, and the local plane figure is more regular. According to different parameter conditions of warehouse plane, three basic shelf layout methods are designed. Secondly, a method of cold chain logistics warehouse layout design based on callable parameterized unit module is proposed. After modularized decomposition of warehouse plane, parameterized unit is called for parameterized modification and deformation, and then reassembled to form shelf plane layout to reduce drawing workload and improve drawing accuracy. Third, In a cold chain logistics center design example, the parameterized design method of warehouse plane layout is applied in practice, and finally the design results with reference value are obtained. The parameterized modular module is applied to the shelf layout design of cold chain logistics warehouse, and its feasibility is tested by an example. It provides a referential design method and a developable idea for the 2D plane drawing and 3D design of the layout of warehouse.
