【摘要】：提出了一種預制輕薄相變復合供暖地板,將相變材料滲入硅鈣板構(gòu)造層形成相變蓄熱層。并采用ANSYS數(shù)值模擬軟件對該相變復合供暖地板的傳熱性能進行了數(shù)值模擬,給出了地面表面溫度和熱流及其向下熱損失,并對相變復合供暖地板進行了經(jīng)濟性分析。研究結(jié)果為地面輻射供暖技術(shù)的推廣和應用提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:A kind of prefabricated light and thin phase change composite heating floor is proposed, which infiltrates the phase change material into the structure layer of calcium silicate plate to form a phase change heat storage layer. The heat transfer performance of the phase change composite heating floor is numerically simulated by ANSYS numerical simulation software. The surface temperature, heat flux and its downward heat loss are given, and the economic analysis of phase-change composite heating floor is carried out. The results provide a theoretical basis for the popularization and application of the floor radiant heating technology.
