【摘要】：通過對(duì)水下混凝土灌注過程中鋼筋籠的受力狀況及上浮機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)灌注混凝土產(chǎn)生的上返推舉力、操作不當(dāng)、混凝土品質(zhì)差以及地層條件不利等是導(dǎo)致鋼筋籠上浮的主要因素,提出相應(yīng)的預(yù)防鋼筋籠上浮技術(shù)措施,包括采用鋼性壓桿固定鋼筋籠、規(guī)范制作和安裝鋼筋籠、嚴(yán)格控制混凝土質(zhì)量及灌注規(guī)程、合理控制鋼筋籠和導(dǎo)管的共同埋深、混凝土上返速度、導(dǎo)管提升速度以及泥漿密度等,該方法在武漢市某典型鉆孔灌注樁工程中得到成功應(yīng)用和驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the force and floating mechanism of the steel cage in the process of underwater concrete pouring, it is found that the upward and back pushing force produced by the pouring concrete is improperly operated. The poor quality of concrete and unfavorable ground conditions are the main factors leading to the floating of steel cage. The corresponding technical measures to prevent the floating of steel cage are put forward, including the use of steel compression bar to fix the steel cage, and the specification of making and installing steel cage. Strict control of concrete quality and pouring rules, reasonable control of the common depth of steel cage and conduit, the upward and back speed of concrete, the lifting speed of conduit and the density of mud, etc. The method has been successfully applied and verified in a typical bored pile project in Wuhan.
