【摘要】：中國(guó)的高密度居住空間具有人與公共資源矛盾凸顯、疾病擴(kuò)散風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、個(gè)體健康要求增加等相關(guān)健康的多方面挑戰(zhàn)。面對(duì)這樣的背景,通過格林模式的指導(dǎo),將醫(yī)療建筑學(xué)研究層面的循證設(shè)計(jì)(Evidence-based Design)應(yīng)用于規(guī)劃層面,通過住區(qū)規(guī)劃布局分析、社會(huì)學(xué)因子影響、外部空間物理環(huán)境性能、流行病學(xué)評(píng)估四個(gè)方面的研究,構(gòu)建健康視角下循證規(guī)劃(Evidence-based Planning)——高密度住區(qū)規(guī)劃應(yīng)用研究框架。該研究框架能夠促進(jìn)居民健康的規(guī)劃導(dǎo)向,在既有高密度住區(qū)現(xiàn)狀中總結(jié)現(xiàn)狀規(guī)律、發(fā)現(xiàn)規(guī)劃問題、提煉關(guān)聯(lián)模型、建立策略體系,并用于指導(dǎo)未來的規(guī)劃實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:The high-density living space in China has many related health challenges, such as the contradiction between human beings and public resources, the risk of disease spreading and the increasing demand for individual health. In the face of this background, through the guidance of Green's model, The Evidence-based design of medical architecture is applied to the planning level. Through the layout analysis of residential area planning, the influence of sociological factors, the performance of physical environment of external space, and the epidemiological evaluation, four aspects are studied, which are as follows: (1) Evidence-based design (Evidence-based design) in the field of medical architecture. Evidence-based planning (Evidence-based planning), an applied research framework for the planning of high-density residential areas from a health perspective, can promote the planning direction of residents' health, sum up the current situation of existing high-density residential areas and find out the planning problems. The association model is refined, the strategy system is established, and it is used to guide the planning practice in the future.
