【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展,城市噪聲問題愈發(fā)突出,但以噪聲分貝等級來控制城市噪聲已被證實(shí)不完全有效。衡量城市聲環(huán)境品質(zhì)的要素除噪聲等級外,還有很多主客觀因素的影響。為此,加拿大R.Murray Schafer提出了聲景概念,認(rèn)為城市中的聲音并不僅以噪聲形式存在,而是一種聲音環(huán)境。更確切地說,是一種由聲源、空間和人組成的景觀。因此,應(yīng)該運(yùn)用聲景理念來指導(dǎo)城市的聲環(huán)境建設(shè)。華僑城生態(tài)廣場是一個使用率極高并深受周邊居民喜愛的著名社區(qū)廣場,然而,相關(guān)研究表明其聲環(huán)境品質(zhì)并不完全滿足人們的要求。華僑城社區(qū)聲景既有好的方面也有不好的方面,在什么樣的主客觀環(huán)境條件下,聲景品質(zhì)如何,針對不同的問題,值得開展深入具體的研究。為此,本論文針對華僑城生態(tài)廣場這一反應(yīng)良好的社區(qū)公共空間,開展了實(shí)地研究,對影響華僑城生態(tài)廣場聲景的主客觀影響因素進(jìn)行了分析,為華僑城生態(tài)廣場未來的發(fā)展做基礎(chǔ)性的研究的同時,也為類似社區(qū)廣場的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)在聲環(huán)境方面的提升提供一定的參考和借鑒。為了解華僑城生態(tài)廣場的聲景狀況,采用了問卷調(diào)查的方式考察廣場使用者的主觀評價(jià),并通過現(xiàn)場錄音的方式記錄使用者被調(diào)查時的實(shí)時聲環(huán)境,利用相關(guān)聲品質(zhì)分析軟件和統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,并對影響生態(tài)廣場聲景的各主客觀因素進(jìn)行了研究。包括三大部分內(nèi)容,一是通過對調(diào)研樣本的分析,確定了華僑城生態(tài)廣場及其各部分的聲源含義、聲景安靜性及聲景舒適性,并對使用者的基本屬性進(jìn)行了初步分析;二是通過對生態(tài)廣場聲源含義即自然聲、生活聲、機(jī)械聲組成比例的分析,生態(tài)廣場聲級即Leq、L10、L50、L90的分析,以及生態(tài)廣場響度、尖銳度和粗糙度等心理聲學(xué)參數(shù)的分析,研究了各客觀要素對生態(tài)廣場聲景效果及主觀評價(jià)的影響;三是通過對生態(tài)廣場使用者性別、年齡、職業(yè)與教育背景及生活環(huán)境等社會背景因素的分析和包括活動頻率、活動時間在內(nèi)的活動因素的分析,研究了各主觀要素對生態(tài)廣場聲景效果及主觀評價(jià)的影響。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and society, the problem of urban noise becomes more and more prominent, but it has been proved that it is not completely effective to control the urban noise by noise decibel level. There are also many subjective and objective factors. For this reason, R. Murray Schafer of Canada put forward the concept of sound scene, which suggests that sound in cities exists not only in the form of noise, but also as a sound environment. Rather, it is a sound source. Therefore, the concept of soundscape should be used to guide the construction of the sound environment of the city. Oct Ecological Plaza is a famous community square with a high utilization rate and is loved by the surrounding residents, however, Relevant studies have shown that the sound environment quality does not fully meet the needs of people. There are both good and bad aspects of the sound scene in the community of overseas Chinese cities. Under what subjective and objective environmental conditions, what is the sound scene quality, aiming at different problems? For this reason, this paper has carried out a field study to analyze the subjective and objective factors that affect the sound scene of the ecological square of overseas Chinese city, aiming at the well-reacted community public space of the ecological square of overseas Chinese city. While doing basic research for the future development of the ecological square in overseas Chinese cities, it also provides certain reference and reference for the improvement of sound environment in the planning and design of similar community squares. In order to understand the sound scene situation of the ecological square in overseas Chinese cities, The subjective evaluation of the square users was investigated by questionnaire, and the real-time sound environment of the users was recorded by live recording, and the results were analyzed by the correlation sound quality analysis software and the statistical software. And has carried on the research to each subjective and objective factor which affects the ecological square sound scene. It includes three major contents. First, through the analysis of the investigation sample, it determines the meaning of the sound source of the ecological square and its parts of overseas Chinese city. The soundscape is quiet and comfortable, and the basic properties of the users are analyzed preliminarily. Secondly, through the analysis of the proportion of natural sound, living sound and mechanical sound, the sound level of ecological square is the analysis of Leqer L10 / L50 / L90, the second is the analysis of the meaning of the sound source of the ecological square, that is, the proportion of natural sound, living sound and mechanical sound. As well as the analysis of the psychoacoustical parameters, such as the loudness, sharpness and roughness of the ecological square, the influence of each objective factor on the sound scene effect and subjective evaluation of the ecological square is studied. Third, through the analysis of the gender and age of the users of the ecological square, Based on the analysis of social background factors, such as vocational and educational background and living environment, as well as the analysis of activity factors including activity frequency and activity time, the influence of each subjective factor on the sound scene effect and subjective evaluation of ecological square was studied.
