【摘要】:隨著環(huán)渤海地區(qū)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)群日益壯大,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房作為產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的有效載體,其項(xiàng)目建設(shè)在提高土地集約利用水平,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展和推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展方面起著重要作用,其項(xiàng)目建設(shè)具有十分重要的意義。但在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中面臨的不確定性存在于項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),使項(xiàng)目處于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)環(huán)境之中。建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中存在的環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、組織風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等往往不會(huì)作為一類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)或者一種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)單獨(dú)出現(xiàn),因此,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行合理的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、分析、評(píng)價(jià)與應(yīng)對(duì)是必要的。論文圍繞汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)園標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房項(xiàng)目建設(shè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理這一主線,針對(duì)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中可能存在的各種不確定性因素,擬采取多學(xué)科知識(shí)和方法相交叉、定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法、模型化方法進(jìn)行研究。論文緒論介紹了課題的研究背景、研究意義以及工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,從而提出本文的研究思路及研究?jī)?nèi)容,構(gòu)建本文的研究框架。第一章詳述了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房項(xiàng)目建設(shè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)概念,以為之后的研究做鋪墊。第二章介紹標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房項(xiàng)目的基本情況,包括本項(xiàng)目建設(shè)背景、必要性,項(xiàng)目區(qū)位,項(xiàng)目建設(shè)內(nèi)容、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施進(jìn)度、投資情況、主要經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)等。第三章到第五章按照風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的一般流程,以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為實(shí)例,對(duì)各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別、分析、評(píng)價(jià),并以此提出相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施和監(jiān)控措施。第六章對(duì)全文的研究進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對(duì)進(jìn)一步的研究方向提出展望。本文是建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的實(shí)例研究,它對(duì)天津?qū)I(yè)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)園標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了管理研究,將專家調(diào)查法、層次分析法和模糊評(píng)價(jià)法引入建設(shè)項(xiàng)日風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)中,使評(píng)價(jià)過程更具條理化和層次化。利用層次分析法的流程和步驟來確定本項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的指標(biāo)權(quán)重,在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合模糊評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)各個(gè)項(xiàng)目階段的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)并對(duì)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。其中評(píng)價(jià)過程中使用的指標(biāo)權(quán)重及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)采用專家調(diào)查法確定
[Abstract]:With the increasing growth of automobile industry cluster around Bohai Sea, the standard factory building as an effective carrier of industrial transfer, its project construction is to improve the level of intensive land use, optimize the industrial structure, Promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and promoting the development of industrial clusters plays an important role, and its project construction is of great significance. However, the uncertainty in the market competition exists in all aspects of project construction. The environmental risk, organizational risk, economic management risk and so on in the construction project do not appear as a kind of risk or a kind of risk alone, therefore, the reasonable risk identification and analysis of the project are carried out. It is necessary to evaluate and deal with it. This paper focuses on the main line of risk management in the construction of standard factory building in automobile industry park, aiming at various uncertain factors that may exist in the process of construction of the project, and proposes to adopt multi-disciplinary knowledge and methods. The introduction of this paper introduces the research background of the subject, the significance of the research and the domestic and foreign research status of the project risk management, and puts forward the research ideas and research contents of this paper. The first chapter elaborates the related concepts of the construction risk and risk management of the standard factory building project, and makes the groundwork for the later research. Chapter two introduces the basic situation of the standard factory building project, including the background of the project construction. Necessity, project location, project construction content, project implementation progress, investment situation, main economic indicators, etc. Chapters 3 to 5th take the standard plant construction project as an example according to the general process of risk management, To identify, analyze, evaluate and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and monitoring measures. Chapter 6th summarizes the full text of the study, This paper is a case study of risk management in construction projects. It studies the risks existing in the construction of standard factory buildings in Tianjin professional automobile industry park. AHP and fuzzy evaluation are introduced into the daily risk evaluation of construction items, which makes the evaluation process more orderly and hierarchical. The index weight of the risk evaluation index system of this project is determined by using the process and steps of AHP, on the basis of which, Combined with the fuzzy evaluation method, the risk of each project stage is evaluated and the project risk is evaluated synthetically. The index weight and risk grade used in the evaluation process are determined by the expert investigation method.
