建筑施工場(chǎng)地動(dòng)態(tài)布置方案評(píng)選研究

【摘要】:施工場(chǎng)地布置是項(xiàng)目施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的重要內(nèi)容,也是項(xiàng)目施工的前提和基礎(chǔ)。合理科學(xué)的場(chǎng)地布置方案能夠降低項(xiàng)目成本,確保工期,減少安全隱患,最終支撐項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。場(chǎng)地布置方案的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)當(dāng)是項(xiàng)目管理的重要一環(huán),但目前很多項(xiàng)目上,施工組織設(shè)計(jì)中的場(chǎng)地布置方案只是擺設(shè),并沒(méi)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的布置起到應(yīng)有的指導(dǎo)作用,施工場(chǎng)地布置方案未得到足夠重視。究其原因,主要有兩點(diǎn),,一是以往的場(chǎng)地布置方案基本都是靜態(tài)的,但是施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的情況是動(dòng)態(tài)變化的,對(duì)各類(lèi)資源的需求也在不斷變化,靜態(tài)的場(chǎng)地布置方案不能滿(mǎn)足動(dòng)態(tài)施工的要求;二是項(xiàng)目通常只設(shè)計(jì)一種場(chǎng)地布置方案,方案單一,缺乏比選,難以判斷其優(yōu)劣。 針對(duì)靜態(tài)施工場(chǎng)地布置不符合動(dòng)態(tài)施工需求的問(wèn)題,論文提出施工場(chǎng)地動(dòng)態(tài)布置的思路。本論文中的動(dòng)態(tài)布置是指針對(duì)施工項(xiàng)目地基基礎(chǔ)、主體結(jié)構(gòu)和裝飾裝修三個(gè)不同階段各自不同的施工特征及資源需求特征,分別設(shè)計(jì)其場(chǎng)地布置方案,達(dá)到用多階段靜態(tài)布置實(shí)現(xiàn)相對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)布置的目的。針對(duì)方案單一,缺乏比選的問(wèn)題,研究提出從施工場(chǎng)地布置方案對(duì)施工管理和項(xiàng)目銷(xiāo)售兩個(gè)方面的影響出發(fā),綜合考慮承包方和業(yè)主方對(duì)場(chǎng)地布置的需求,完善評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用改進(jìn)的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法對(duì)施工場(chǎng)地布置方案進(jìn)行評(píng)選。在方案評(píng)選指標(biāo)體系中,本論文增加了在二維設(shè)計(jì)模式下難以量化的空間安全沖突指標(biāo),重點(diǎn)研究了運(yùn)用BIM,建立建筑施工場(chǎng)地三維模型,通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)施工模擬以及沖突檢測(cè),對(duì)空間安全沖突指標(biāo)進(jìn)行量化。 希望通過(guò)本論文提供一種便于動(dòng)態(tài)場(chǎng)地布置方案評(píng)選的方法,使施工場(chǎng)地布置方案更好的服務(wù)于建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。在理論研究上,論文中提出對(duì)場(chǎng)地進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)布置,為施工場(chǎng)地布置研究提供一個(gè)新的角度,而且論文中對(duì)于研究BIM在場(chǎng)地布置中的應(yīng)用,也為BIM的研究以及其在實(shí)踐中的推廣有一定意義。
[Abstract]:The construction site layout is an important content of the project construction organization design, and also the premise and basis of the construction of the project. The reasonable site layout scheme can reduce the project cost, to ensure the construction period, reduce security risks, to achieve the ultimate goal of supporting the project. Site layout plan design is an important part of project management, but at present a lot of projects on site layout construction organization design in just decoration, and not to the guiding role of the layout of the site, the construction site layout of the program did not get enough attention. The reason mainly has two points, one is the basic site layout plan is static, but the construction site is dynamic the change of the demand for various types of resources are constantly changing, can not meet the site layout scheme of static dynamic construction requirements; two is usually only a field layout design The case, the scheme is single, the lack of comparison, it is difficult to judge its advantages and disadvantages.
In the static layout of construction site does not meet the needs of the dynamic construction, proposed construction site dynamic layout ideas. Dynamic layout in this paper is based on the pointer construction project foundation, construction characteristics and resource demand characteristics of the main structure and decoration of three different stages of different, respectively design the site layout plan, achieve multi stage static layout relative dynamic arrangement. For single, lack of selection problems of two aspects from the construction site layout plan of construction management and project sales of demand comprehensive consideration of the contractor and the owner of the site layout, improve the evaluation index system, using the improved grey correlation degree the analysis on the selection of construction site layout plan. In the project evaluation index system, this paper adds in the two-dimensional design mode to Quantifying the spatial security conflict index, we focus on building the 3D model of construction site by using BIM, and quantify the spatial security conflict indicators through dynamic construction simulation and conflict detection.
To provide a method for dynamic site layout scheme selection in this paper, the construction site layout plan to better serve the construction project. In theory, the dynamic layout of the site, on the construction site layout to provide a new angle, and the thesis for the study of BIM in site layout the application of BIM for the study and promotion in practice has a certain significance.
