湖南地區(qū)公共建筑低碳評價(jià)及效益分析

【摘要】:建筑業(yè)是社會(huì)三大能源消耗行業(yè)之一,其能源耗費(fèi)情況相當(dāng)驚人,建筑能耗約占全社會(huì)總能耗的33%,建筑節(jié)能已成為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展必須要考慮的問題。大型公共建筑的能耗指標(biāo)高,其單位面積耗電量可高達(dá)住宅的10-20倍。因此,公共建筑蘊(yùn)含了巨大的節(jié)能潛力待挖掘。而在各類公共建筑中,辦公建筑的建造量是最大的,對這類公共建筑進(jìn)行低碳評價(jià)和分析是最具有代表性,,最能實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的。 基于上述背景,本文首先通過大量的文獻(xiàn)查閱和分析,將低碳建筑與綠色建筑、節(jié)能建筑以及可持續(xù)建筑等進(jìn)行了比較分析,充分了解和認(rèn)識(shí)了低碳建筑。而后參考了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,了解低碳建筑的影響因素,依據(jù)全壽命周期評價(jià)理論以及重慶市頒布的《低碳建筑評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,提出了一套適用于湖南地區(qū)的公共建筑低碳評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。而后,基于全壽命周期成本理論以及費(fèi)用效果分析理論,分析研究了低碳公共建筑的增量成本核算方法,從經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益、環(huán)境效益三個(gè)層面對增量效益進(jìn)行核定,并構(gòu)建了低碳公共建筑的成本效益模型。最后,從節(jié)能效益和環(huán)境效益兩個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了太陽能低碳技術(shù)的綜合效益評估模型。 通過問卷調(diào)查、資料查閱和現(xiàn)場調(diào)研,收集到了湖南地區(qū)某辦公樓項(xiàng)目相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)資料和節(jié)能技術(shù)信息。利用本文構(gòu)建的低碳評價(jià)體系和經(jīng)濟(jì)評價(jià)模型對該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了低碳評價(jià)分析及太陽能技術(shù)綜合效益評價(jià)。 本文構(gòu)建的這套公共建筑低碳評價(jià)體系和效益分析模型符合我國現(xiàn)階段情況,能夠一定程度上促進(jìn)建筑項(xiàng)目低碳可持續(xù)性理論和實(shí)踐技術(shù)的發(fā)展。為公共建筑節(jié)能監(jiān)管體系的建設(shè),提供了一定的理論依據(jù)。低碳節(jié)能技術(shù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評價(jià)則有助于促進(jìn)投資決策者、管理者和建設(shè)者明確在項(xiàng)目各階段過程中的責(zé)任權(quán)利,把握關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),保證投資效益的最大化。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is one of the three major energy consuming industries in society, and its energy consumption is quite astonishing. Building energy consumption accounts for about 33 percent of the total energy consumption of the whole society. Building energy saving has become a problem that must be considered in order to realize sustainable development of our economy. The energy consumption index of large public buildings is high, and its electricity consumption per unit area can be 10-20 times as high as that of residential buildings. Among all kinds of public buildings, the construction of office buildings is the largest, and it is the most representative to evaluate and analyze this kind of public buildings with low carbon. Most able to achieve social and economic benefits. Based on the above background, this paper first through a large number of literature review and analysis, low-carbon building and green buildings, energy-saving buildings and sustainable buildings were compared and analyzed. Fully understand and understand low-carbon buildings, and then refer to the relevant evaluation index system at home and abroad, understand the impact factors of low-carbon buildings, According to the life cycle evaluation theory and the "low carbon Building Evaluation Standard" issued by Chongqing, a set of low carbon evaluation index system for public buildings in Hunan is put forward. Based on the life-cycle cost theory and cost-effect analysis theory, the incremental cost accounting method of low-carbon public buildings is analyzed and studied. The incremental benefits are verified from three aspects: economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit. Finally, the comprehensive benefit evaluation model of low carbon solar energy technology is constructed from the aspects of energy saving and environmental benefits. Through questionnaire survey, data retrieval and field investigation, The related design data and energy saving technology information of an office building project in Hunan are collected. The low carbon evaluation system and the economic evaluation model are used to evaluate the low carbon value and the comprehensive benefit of solar energy technology. The low carbon evaluation system and benefit analysis model of public buildings constructed in this paper accord with the present situation of our country. To a certain extent, it can promote the development of low-carbon sustainability theory and practical technology in construction projects. The evaluation of economic benefit of low carbon energy saving technology is helpful to promote investment decision makers, managers and builders to make clear the responsibility right in each stage of the project, grasp the key points, and ensure the maximum investment benefit.
