【摘要】：自90年代末,我國就已經(jīng)步入成為老年型國家,老年人口增長很快,老齡化問題越來越嚴(yán)重,有可能成為制約社會穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展的主要原因。由于傳統(tǒng)概念的變化,老年公寓的出現(xiàn)越來越受大家的認(rèn)同,同時為老年人提供一個舒適的生活環(huán)境成為了首要問題。在設(shè)計老年公寓互動空間時,應(yīng)該在老年人們的精神層次去尋求根源,不斷的去加強老年公寓中的老年人與老年人之間的互動,老年人與環(huán)境的互動,環(huán)境與環(huán)境之間的互動。讓老年公寓的互動空間更容易讓老年人們所接受。更加的吸引老年人們到老年公寓的互動空間當(dāng)中去,讓老年人晚年生活更加富有意義。要想設(shè)計出便于讓老年人接受的公寓,我們必須加強對老年公寓中的互動空間設(shè)計。 經(jīng)過對實地的考察,才感受到老年公寓中互動空間的現(xiàn)實狀況,和不同老年人對不同互動空間的要求,擁有統(tǒng)一的概念和著重點。再經(jīng)過對秦皇島老年公寓的調(diào)查分析,通過對老年人的內(nèi)心特征、活動范圍以及老年人平常居住空間環(huán)境來進(jìn)行研究。老年公寓的互動空間就是根據(jù)老年人們自身獨有的特點去設(shè)計的,老年公寓的空間主要分為公寓的內(nèi)部空間和外部空間。內(nèi)部空間根據(jù)空間的作用不同分為公共空間,居住空間。外部空間主要分為庭院空間和老年公寓外的空間。通過空間的設(shè)計去影響老年人們的互動行為的發(fā)生。 為了使老年人心理保持一種平衡的狀態(tài)和擁有一個健康的心理,老年公寓的互動空間設(shè)計就顯得尤為重要,并互動空間的設(shè)計概念運用到老年公寓中去,為老年公寓的互動空間計提供新思路的設(shè)計和研究方法。未來老年公寓環(huán)境設(shè)計的新方向就是不斷去探求老年人們的互動行為。并通過這一理論的提出擴散到整個空間領(lǐng)域,使得老年公寓的設(shè)計在理論和實踐上得到更完善的補充。

The design of the space will affect the occurrence of the interactive behavior of the elderly. In order to keep the old people's psychology in a balanced state and have a healthy psychology, the interactive space design of the elderly apartment is particularly important, and the concept of interactive space design is applied to the elderly apartment. In the future, the new direction of the environment design of the apartment for the elderly is to constantly explore the interactive behavior of the elderly, and through this theory spread to the entire space field. So that the design of the elderly apartment in theory and practice more perfect supplement.
