基于ABAQUS的基坑開挖對鄰近管線變形影響的數(shù)值分析

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,由于城市人口眾多,建筑物密集,各類地下管線錯綜復(fù)雜,城市建設(shè)基坑開挖不斷加深加大,深基坑開挖的安全問題和對周邊環(huán)境的影響成了巖土工程研究的一個重要的課題。本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運用有限元軟件ABAQUS就深基坑開挖對周圍地下管線的影響這一課題進(jìn)行了研究分析。主要內(nèi)容和結(jié)論如下: 1.首先介紹了ABAQUS有限元軟件在基坑開挖中的應(yīng)用,對三維有限元中單元類型、本構(gòu)模型的選取,初始應(yīng)力的設(shè)置以及開挖步驟等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)分別進(jìn)行了闡述。 2.本文主要通過采用ABAQUS軟件建立土體、圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)及其鄰近地埋管線為一體的3D有限元模型。研究分析了分步開挖、不同管材、距離基坑遠(yuǎn)近、不同埋置深度以及周邊堆載等不同因素對地下管線變形的影響,通過對數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比分析,得出管線的變形隨著開挖深度的增加而增加;管線的變形與其彈性模量的大小有關(guān);基坑對鄰近管線的影響范圍大致在3倍的開挖深度;基坑施工過程中盡量減少在基坑周邊土體堆載,,控制基坑開挖變形對周邊環(huán)境的影響,減少事故的發(fā)生。 3.結(jié)合工程實例,運用ABAQUS建立了內(nèi)撐式支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)基坑開挖的三維有限元模型,通過把模擬結(jié)果和具體監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)對照,驗證了模型有一定的準(zhǔn)確性。對基坑開挖的空間效應(yīng)對鄰近地下管線的位移影響,得出管線的變形受開挖順序和基坑端部坑角效應(yīng)的影響明顯,管線在基坑坑角部位受其影響的范圍在1.5倍的開挖深度內(nèi)。并對基坑被動區(qū)加固的合理范圍進(jìn)行了對比分析,采用被動區(qū)土體加固可以有效的減小其對周圍地埋管線的位移,結(jié)合本工程實際情況,認(rèn)為加固深度為6m寬度為7m時是能滿足加固效果前提下最經(jīng)濟(jì)的范圍。 通過本文的初步研究,大型基坑開挖對周圍地下管線的影響取得了初步認(rèn)識,為以后信息化施工指導(dǎo)工程實踐提供了一定的理論基礎(chǔ),對于實際基坑工程中對周圍地下管線的保護(hù)設(shè)計及今后的研究都有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, because of the large population, dense buildings and complicated underground pipelines, the excavation of foundation pit in urban construction is deepening and increasing. The safety of deep foundation pit excavation and its influence on the surrounding environment have become an important subject in geotechnical engineering. The influence of deep foundation pit excavation on underground pipeline is studied and analyzed by using finite element software ABAQUS. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:. 1. The application of ABAQUS finite element software in excavation of foundation pit is introduced. The key techniques such as element type, selection of constitutive model, setting of initial stress and excavation steps in 3D finite element are described respectively. 2. The 3D finite element model of soil mass, retaining structure and its adjacent buried pipe line is established by using ABAQUS software. The paper studies and analyzes the step by step excavation, different pipe materials, and the distance from the foundation pit. Through the comparison and analysis of the numerical simulation results, it is concluded that the pipeline deformation increases with the increase of excavation depth. The deformation of pipeline is related to its elastic modulus; the influence of foundation pit on the adjacent pipeline is about 3 times the depth of excavation; during the construction of foundation pit, the heaped load of soil around the foundation pit is reduced as far as possible. Control the influence of excavation deformation on the surrounding environment and reduce the occurrence of accidents. 3. Combined with the engineering example, the three-dimensional finite element model of the excavation of the foundation pit of the braced retaining structure is established by using ABAQUS. The simulation results are compared with the specific monitoring data. The accuracy of the model is verified. The displacement of the adjacent underground pipeline is affected by the spatial effect of excavation, and the deformation of the pipeline is obviously affected by the excavation sequence and the pit angle effect at the end of the foundation pit. The influence range of pipeline on pit corner is 1.5 times of excavation depth. The reasonable range of reinforcement in passive zone of foundation pit is compared and analyzed. The displacement of pipeline buried in surrounding area can be effectively reduced by soil reinforcement in passive zone. Combined with the actual situation of the project, it is considered that the most economical range under the premise of the reinforcement effect can be obtained when the depth of reinforcement is 6m and the width is 7m. Through the preliminary research in this paper, the influence of large excavation on the underground pipeline around the foundation pit has been preliminarily understood, which provides a certain theoretical basis for guiding the engineering practice of the information construction in the future. It has certain reference significance for the protection design and future research of underground pipeline in actual foundation pit engineering.
