【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)外工程機(jī)械都在不斷地進(jìn)步,汽車起重機(jī)作為工程機(jī)械的一部分,也為它帶來(lái)了良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。汽車起重機(jī)中的液壓系統(tǒng)是其關(guān)鍵部分之一。面對(duì)復(fù)雜多樣的液壓系統(tǒng)故障,怎么樣準(zhǔn)確、高效的排除故障是使用者和企業(yè)特別關(guān)心的問(wèn)題。這就意味著汽車起重機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)有著十分重要的意義。 本文主要完成了以下方面工作： (1)統(tǒng)計(jì)了汽車起重機(jī)各類液壓系統(tǒng)故障,針對(duì)故障運(yùn)用液壓系統(tǒng)原理分析,并收集了相應(yīng)的診斷建議與故障排除措施,為故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)的知識(shí)庫(kù)建立提供了數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。 (2)針對(duì)汽車起重機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)伸縮機(jī)構(gòu),構(gòu)建了知識(shí)庫(kù)及相應(yīng)的推理模型。 (3)綜合故障樹(shù)理論和專家系統(tǒng)理論,應(yīng)用Visual Basic和Microsoft Access軟件初步設(shè)計(jì)了專家系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)此系統(tǒng)使用者可以查詢起重機(jī)的基本信息、診斷實(shí)時(shí)發(fā)生的故障和更新知識(shí)庫(kù)內(nèi)的故障信息,也為液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)提供一定的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the construction machinery at home and abroad are making continuous progress, the truck crane as a part of the construction machinery, The hydraulic system in the truck crane is one of its key parts. In the face of complex and diverse hydraulic system failure, how to be accurate, Efficient troubleshooting is of great concern to users and enterprises, which means that the research and design of fault diagnosis expert system for truck crane hydraulic system is of great significance. The main work of this paper is as follows:. This paper makes statistics on various kinds of hydraulic system faults of truck crane, analyzes the principle of hydraulic system in view of the faults, and collects the corresponding diagnosis suggestions and troubleshooting measures, which provides the data basis for the establishment of the knowledge base of the fault diagnosis expert system. Secondly, the knowledge base and the corresponding reasoning model are constructed for the telescopic mechanism of hydraulic system of truck crane. 3) synthesizing the theory of fault tree and expert system, using Visual Basic and Microsoft Access software, the expert system is designed preliminarily. The users of this system can query the basic information of crane. Diagnosis of real-time faults and updating of fault information in the knowledge base also provide some basis for the design of hydraulic system.
