【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)今社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展，現(xiàn)代商戰(zhàn)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也愈來(lái)愈激烈。社會(huì)各行各業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)者們都已經(jīng)清醒的意識(shí)到保持企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要作用。在飛速變化、優(yōu)勝劣汰的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中，企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力直接影響著企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化快速發(fā)展和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日漸激烈的背景下，企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力已成為企業(yè)獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的決定因素。企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)在正確分析自身內(nèi)部條件和外部環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上做出合理的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略，，并以此來(lái)引領(lǐng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展，才能在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。增強(qiáng)企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)改革與發(fā)展的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題 SDK公司主要生產(chǎn)機(jī)制預(yù)拌砂漿以及配套的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，并提供必要的、系統(tǒng)化的技術(shù)服務(wù)和技術(shù)培訓(xùn)。SDK公司屬于新型建筑材料行業(yè)，該公司是在國(guó)家出于城市環(huán)保、建筑質(zhì)量考慮，禁止現(xiàn)場(chǎng)攪拌砂漿，推廣預(yù)拌砂漿的政策背景下，首先發(fā)展起來(lái)的中小企業(yè)。對(duì)于SDK公司，關(guān)于企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的研究是一項(xiàng)非常有意義的課題。在本行業(yè)內(nèi)，SDK公司起步早、定位準(zhǔn)確、自主研發(fā)的機(jī)制砂預(yù)拌砂漿產(chǎn)品，迎合市場(chǎng)需求，并擁有一支有國(guó)企工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的技術(shù)研發(fā)及管理團(tuán)隊(duì)，自主研發(fā)的技術(shù)成果都大部分都通過(guò)技術(shù)鑒定或以國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利等形式取得了知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)。技術(shù)的進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)新、自主創(chuàng)新能力的進(jìn)一步提高是該公司全面發(fā)展所面臨的一大課題。制定一個(gè)合理的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略也成為SDK公司的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 本論文根據(jù)SDK公司的技術(shù)發(fā)展水平和國(guó)內(nèi)外技術(shù)差距比較分析,用SWOT分析法對(duì)SDK公司進(jìn)行其創(chuàng)新方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅的研究。整體上看來(lái),目前與世界發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家該領(lǐng)域的先進(jìn)技術(shù)相比SDK公司的技術(shù)研發(fā)創(chuàng)新水平還存在較大差距。依據(jù)SDK公司的實(shí)際情況來(lái)看，SDK公司應(yīng)該采取的主要的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略為自主創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略，輔助的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略為合作創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略。自主創(chuàng)新的戰(zhàn)略適合于該公司中技術(shù)水平比較成熟、科技比較先進(jìn)的產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域。引進(jìn)消化吸收再創(chuàng)新的合作創(chuàng)新模式主要應(yīng)用于該公司中技術(shù)水平不太成熟的落后于國(guó)際上先進(jìn)技術(shù)的產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域。企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的形成是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)、長(zhǎng)期的過(guò)程，應(yīng)在加強(qiáng)對(duì)外合作交流創(chuàng)新的同時(shí)，分析并利用自身的實(shí)際資源，最終走向自主創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展軌道。提高系統(tǒng)集成能力和掌握核心技術(shù)是SDK公司自主創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵。依此可見(jiàn)，開(kāi)放式自主創(chuàng)新的戰(zhàn)略地位已越來(lái)越重要，引進(jìn)消化和吸收先進(jìn)技術(shù)的同時(shí)，更應(yīng)掌握住自身領(lǐng)先的核心技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新研發(fā)。本文提出了保障SDK公司順利地實(shí)施技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的措施：技術(shù)創(chuàng)新資金保障；技術(shù)創(chuàng)新人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)；知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)；建立產(chǎn)學(xué)研開(kāi)發(fā)體系、進(jìn)行管理制度創(chuàng)新等等。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the society today, the competition in modern commercial warfare is becoming more and more intense. The operators of various industries in the society have been aware of the important role of maintaining the core competitiveness of enterprises. It is changing rapidly. In the market environment of survival of the fittest, the technological innovation ability of the enterprise directly affects the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Under the background of the rapid development of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition, The ability of independent innovation has become the decisive factor for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. Enterprises should make a reasonable strategy of technological innovation on the basis of correct analysis of their own internal conditions and external environment, and thus lead the development of enterprises. In order to remain invincible in the fierce market competition, enhancing the independent innovation ability of enterprises has become the focus of China's reform and development. SDK Corporation main production mechanism ready-mixed mortar and supporting production equipment, and provide necessary, systematic technical services and technical training. SDK is a new type of building materials industry, the company is in the country out of urban environmental protection, Against the background of building quality considerations, the prohibition of on-site mixing of mortar and the promotion of ready-mixed mortar policies, small and medium-sized enterprises have first developed. For SDK, The research on the technology innovation strategy of enterprises is a very meaningful topic. In this industry, the SDK company starts early, has accurate positioning, independently develops the machine-made sand ready mix mortar products to meet the needs of the market. And has a technical research and development and management team with working experience in state-owned enterprises. Most of the technological achievements of independent research and development have obtained intellectual property protection through technical identification or through national invention patents. Further technological innovations have been achieved. The further improvement of independent innovation ability is one of the major problems faced by the company in its all-round development. It is also an urgent task for SDK to formulate a reasonable strategy of technological innovation. Based on the comparative analysis of the technological development level of SDK Company and the technological gap at home and abroad, this paper uses SWOT analysis method to study the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the innovation of SDK Company. At present, compared with the advanced technology in this field in developed countries, there is still a big gap in the technological R & D innovation level of SDK Company. According to the actual situation of SDK Company, the main technology innovation strategy should be independent innovation strategy. The auxiliary technology innovation strategy is the cooperative innovation strategy. The independent innovation strategy is suitable for the mature technology level in the company. Introduction of new cooperative innovation mode of digestion absorption and innovation is mainly used in the field of product which is not mature in technology level and lags behind the advanced technology in the world. Independent innovation ability of the enterprise is mainly applied in the field of product which is relatively advanced in science and technology. The formation of the. The long-term process should, while strengthening external cooperation, exchange and innovation, analyze and utilize its own actual resources, The key to independent innovation is to improve the ability of system integration and master the core technology. From this, we can see that the strategic position of open independent innovation has become more and more important. At the same time of introducing and absorbing advanced technology, we should master the innovation and development of our leading core technology. This paper puts forward some measures to ensure the smooth implementation of technology innovation strategy by SDK Company: technical innovation fund guarantee; Technical innovation talent team construction; intellectual property protection; establishment of industry, research and development system, management system innovation and so on.
