高強(qiáng)自密實(shí)混凝土制備技術(shù)及工程應(yīng)用

【摘要】:深圳京基金融中心廣場(chǎng)是市重點(diǎn)工程,作為京基金融中心廣場(chǎng)核心的蔡屋圍金融中心更是將高達(dá)439米,為確保其施工進(jìn)度及質(zhì)量,本工程在塔樓核心筒及外框柱使用了高強(qiáng)自密實(shí)混凝土,,施工順序依次為-5層至46層使用C80自密實(shí)混凝土,47層至61層使用C70自密實(shí)混凝土,62層至73層使用了C60自密實(shí)混凝土。 秉承因地制宜,就地取材的原則,對(duì)配制高強(qiáng)自密實(shí)混凝土的原材料進(jìn)行了優(yōu)選。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)其低離析性和大流動(dòng)性的技術(shù)難點(diǎn),本工程采用了三摻粉煤灰、礦粉和聚羧酸外加劑的技術(shù)措施來(lái)進(jìn)行高強(qiáng)自密實(shí)混凝土的配制。首先,對(duì)高強(qiáng)自密實(shí)混凝土的配合比進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算,得出了C60、C70、C80自密實(shí)混凝土的理論配合比;然后,經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)驗(yàn)分析,研究了所配制混凝土的流動(dòng)性、抗離析性、填充性等,在滿足初始配制要求的情況下,最終成功配制出C60、C80自密實(shí)混凝土,確定了其最優(yōu)配比。同時(shí)還研究了原材料的變動(dòng)對(duì)高強(qiáng)自密實(shí)混凝土性能的影響,為施工中的原材料稱(chēng)量精度提供可靠的依據(jù)。 根據(jù)以上確定的配比,在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)成功配制出高強(qiáng)自密實(shí)混凝土,并將其成功泵送,應(yīng)用于深圳京基金融中心廣場(chǎng),經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)格的施工養(yǎng)護(hù)措施,獲得了令人滿意的施工質(zhì)量,其經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)效益顯著。
[Abstract]:Shenzhen Jingji Financial Center Square is a key project in the city. As the core of Jingji Financial Center Square, Cai Wuwei Financial Center will be as high as 439 meters. In order to ensure its construction progress and quality, In this project, high-strength self-compacting concrete is used in the core tube and outer frame column of the tower. The sequence of construction is -5 to 46 layers, C80 self-compacting concrete is used in 47 to 61 stories, C70 self-compacting concrete is used in 62 to 73 storeys, and C60 self-compacting concrete is used in the construction sequence. According to the principle of adapting measures to local conditions and selecting materials locally, the raw materials for the preparation of high strength self-compacting concrete have been selected. On this basis, in view of the technical difficulties of low segregation and high fluidity, the project has adopted three kinds of fly ash. The technical measures of mineral powder and polycarboxylic acid admixture are used to prepare high-strength self-compacting concrete. Firstly, the theoretical mix ratio of high-strength self-compacting concrete is calculated, and the theoretical mix ratio of C60C _ (70) C _ (70) C _ (80) self-compacting concrete is obtained. Through laboratory experiments and analysis, the fluidity, segregation resistance and filling property of concrete were studied. Finally, C60 C80 self-compacting concrete was prepared successfully under the condition that the initial preparation requirement was met. At the same time, the influence of the change of raw materials on the performance of high strength self-compacting concrete is studied, which provides a reliable basis for the weighing accuracy of raw materials in construction. According to the ratio determined above, the high strength self-compacting concrete is successfully prepared in the construction site, and successfully pumped, and applied to Shenzhen Jingji Financial Center Square. After strict construction maintenance measures, satisfactory construction quality is obtained. Its economy, social benefit is remarkable.
