【摘要】：在我國諸多城市的文化建筑建設(shè)熱潮中,出現(xiàn)了一個(gè)矛盾的現(xiàn)象,一方面是人們的文化生活還比較單調(diào)匱乏,亟待改善,一方面是政府為此花大量資金修建的大劇院、博物館、美術(shù)館、展覽館、圖書館、文化館等文化場館的使用率卻很低。本文通過對現(xiàn)有文化建筑使用狀況的調(diào)研和對人們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪械奈幕枨蟮纳钊敕治?探究造成上述現(xiàn)象的原因,并提出解決這個(gè)問題的一種新思路:在現(xiàn)有市-區(qū)-社區(qū)三級文化建筑體系的基礎(chǔ)上,增加一種新的微型文化建筑,即“文化建筑末梢”。文化建筑末梢按照人們?nèi)粘Ｎ幕顒?dòng)的需要,廣泛地分布在城市公共空間中的各個(gè)地方,與其他公共設(shè)施相結(jié)合;它利用人們各種事務(wù)之間夾雜的消極時(shí)間,為人們提供文化服務(wù),進(jìn)行文化傳播;它比現(xiàn)有文化建筑體系中所有的文化建筑更小、更靈活、功能更簡單、分布更分散、更貼近日常生活。本文探討文化建筑末梢的布局規(guī)律和設(shè)計(jì)原則,并針對多個(gè)具體地段進(jìn)行了方案設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:In the upsurge of cultural architecture construction in many cities of our country, there is a contradictory phenomenon. On the one hand, people's cultural life is still relatively monotonous and scarce, which needs to be improved urgently. On the one hand, the government spends a lot of money to build large theatres, museums, galleries, galleries, libraries. The utilization rate of cultural venues such as cultural centers is very low. Through the investigation of the use of existing cultural buildings and the in-depth analysis of people's cultural needs in daily life, this paper explores the causes of the above phenomenon. And put forward a new way to solve this problem: on the basis of the existing three-level cultural architecture system of city, district and community, add a new micro-cultural building. That is, "cultural architectural endings". Cultural architectural endings are widely distributed in all parts of urban public space according to the needs of people's daily cultural activities and are combined with other public facilities. It takes advantage of the negative time between people's various affairs to provide cultural services and spread culture. It is smaller, more flexible, simpler, more scattered and closer to daily life than all the cultural buildings in the existing cultural architecture system. This paper discusses the layout rules and design principles of the cultural architecture endings. And for a number of specific sections of the project design.
