防水抗裂砂漿的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:本文分別通過正交試驗(yàn)和平行試驗(yàn)研究了可再分散乳膠粉、聚丙烯纖維以及廢舊輪胎橡膠粉三種材料的摻量對(duì)防水抗裂砂漿的力學(xué)性能、抗?jié)B性以及干縮的影響規(guī)律。正交試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,橡膠粉,可再分散乳膠粉和聚丙烯纖維均對(duì)防水抗裂水泥砂漿的稠度和力學(xué)性能有影響,其影響的主次順序?yàn)橄鹉z粉可再分散乳膠粉(聚丙烯纖維。并由砂漿稠度和28d強(qiáng)度的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,可確定出上述三種材料在水泥防水砂漿中的最優(yōu)摻量為:再分散乳膠粉摻量為水泥質(zhì)量的2%,聚丙烯纖維的摻量為水泥質(zhì)量的0.2%,橡膠粉的摻量為水泥質(zhì)量的10%。平行試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,單摻可再分散乳膠粉能夠大大提高砂漿的粘結(jié)抗拉強(qiáng)度,但是卻使砂漿的抗折強(qiáng)度和抗壓強(qiáng)度降低,同時(shí)增加砂漿的韌性;單摻聚丙烯纖維同樣導(dǎo)致砂漿的抗壓強(qiáng)度減小,抗折強(qiáng)度增加,使其韌性增加,抗裂性能提高。單摻橡膠粉會(huì)引起砂漿的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度、抗壓強(qiáng)度和抗折強(qiáng)度降低,而復(fù)摻乳膠粉、纖維和橡膠粉后,當(dāng)橡膠粉摻量在15.0%以內(nèi)時(shí),其粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度都比素砂漿要高。單摻可再分散乳膠粉、聚丙烯纖維以及15%以內(nèi)的橡膠微粒均提高砂漿的抗?jié)B性,降低砂漿的干縮率。在砂漿中按正交試驗(yàn)確定的最優(yōu)摻量復(fù)摻可再分散乳膠粉、橡膠粉和聚丙烯纖維時(shí),防水抗裂砂漿的抗?jié)B性最好,干縮率最小,抗開裂能力最強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the mechanical properties of waterproof and crack resistant mortar were studied by orthogonal test and parallel test, respectively. The content of redispersible latex powder, polypropylene fiber and waste tire rubber powder were used to study the mechanical properties of waterproof and crack resistant mortar. Orthogonal test results show that rubber powder, redispersible emulsion powder and polypropylene fiber have influence on the consistency and mechanical properties of waterproof and crack resistant cement mortar. The order of influence is rubber powder redispersible latex powder (polypropylene fiber) and the test results of mortar consistency and 28d strength. The optimum content of the above three materials in cement waterproof mortar can be determined as follows: the content of redispersed emulsion powder is 2% of cement quality, and the content of polypropylene fiber is 0.2% of cement quality. The addition of rubber powder is 10% of cement quality. The results of parallel test show that the adhesive tensile strength of mortar can be greatly improved by adding single dispersible latex powder, but the flexural strength and compressive strength of mortar are decreased. At the same time, increase the toughness of mortar; The compressive strength, flexural strength, toughness and crack resistance of mortar were also decreased by adding polypropylene fiber, and the bond strength, compressive strength and flexural strength of mortar were decreased by the addition of rubber powder. When the amount of rubber powder is less than 15.0%, the bond strength of rubber powder is higher than that of plain mortar. Polypropylene fiber and rubber particles within 15% can improve the impermeability of mortar and reduce the dry shrinkage of mortar. When rubber powder and polypropylene fiber are used, the waterproof and crack resistant mortar has the best impermeability, the smallest dry shrinkage rate and the strongest cracking resistance.
