【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,我國城市化建設(shè)取得了舉世矚目的成就,城市經(jīng)濟實力不斷增強。與此同時,作為城市軟實力的歷史文化也受到越來越多的重視,尤其對于歷史文化名城來說,保護工作更為艱巨和重要。要保護好城市的歷史文化,首先要保護好城市中的歷史片區(qū)、街區(qū)和地段等。它們是城市歷史文化風(fēng)貌的集中展現(xiàn),但當(dāng)前我國在保護方法上還存在著諸如只重視物質(zhì)性保護,不重視場所文化、居民需要和對原有社會生活關(guān)系的保護的誤區(qū)。因此,如何能使歷史片區(qū)、街區(qū)和歷史地段在保持其自身風(fēng)貌、建筑、文化魅力的同時,更好地適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代生活的需要并維持其生命力,是城市發(fā)展的重要課題。 本文通過認(rèn)真研讀國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論和歷史街區(qū)保護案例,總結(jié)保護的經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn),然后將協(xié)同思想與歷史片區(qū)的系統(tǒng)特點相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建多維協(xié)同的規(guī)劃思想。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以蘇州市桃花塢歷史片區(qū)保護規(guī)劃為項目實例,將協(xié)同思想運用到保護規(guī)劃中,抓住與桃花塢所處區(qū)域、實際基礎(chǔ)、現(xiàn)狀問題以及發(fā)展需要密切相關(guān)的功能、環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟、文化、民生等幾個方面作為協(xié)同規(guī)劃的切入點,研究片區(qū)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)；研究從整體風(fēng)貌——街巷河道——歷史建筑——環(huán)境要素——開放空間的保護措施；研究適于片區(qū)發(fā)展的旅游發(fā)展規(guī)劃；研究片區(qū)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的保護方法；研究人口、交通、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等民生問題的引導(dǎo)與更新。為同類的歷史片區(qū)及街區(qū)的保護規(guī)劃提供了借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the construction of urbanization in China has made remarkable achievements, and the strength of urban economy has been increasing. At the same time, the history and culture of urban soft power have been paid more and more attention. Especially for the historical and cultural cities, the protection work is more arduous and important. To protect the history and culture of the city, first of all, to protect the historical areas in the city. Block and location. They are the concentrated display of the historical and cultural features of the city, but there are still some protection methods in our country, such as paying attention to the material protection, not the place culture. Therefore, how to make the historical areas, blocks and historical areas to maintain their own style, architecture, cultural charm at the same time. Better adapt to the needs of modern life and maintain its vitality, is an important subject of urban development. In this paper, through a careful study of domestic and foreign related theories and historical block protection cases, summed up the experience and lessons of protection, and then will be a synergy with the historical area of the system characteristics of the combination. On the basis of this, taking the protection planning of the historic area of Suzhou Taohuawu as an example, the cooperative thought is applied to the protection planning, and the actual foundation of the area with Taohuawu is grasped. The current situation and development need to be closely related to the function, environment, economy, culture, people's livelihood and other aspects as the breakthrough point of collaborative planning, study the functional structure of the region; This paper studies the protective measures of open space from the overall landscape-street and lane river channel-historical building-environmental elements; To study the tourism development plan suitable for the development of the region; To study the protection methods of intangible cultural heritage; The study of population, transportation, infrastructure and other people's livelihood issues guidance and renewal, for similar historical areas and blocks of protection planning to provide reference and reference.
