鄭州市小學(xué)學(xué)校規(guī)模調(diào)整優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:近年來,由于外來人口子女的快速集聚和居民對優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源的需求,鄭州市的熱點學(xué)校普遍存在大規(guī)模現(xiàn)象。同時,由于生源分布不均,鄭州市現(xiàn)狀中小學(xué)特別是小學(xué)呈現(xiàn)出學(xué)校規(guī)模普遍偏小的現(xiàn)象。學(xué)校規(guī)模的不經(jīng)濟(jì)、空間布局的不合理、教育資源出現(xiàn)的校際差異等,都嚴(yán)重制約了中小學(xué)校的健康發(fā)展。另一方面,基于當(dāng)前國家對基礎(chǔ)教育階段實施素質(zhì)化教育的主張,學(xué)校對運動場地、課外活動場地、綠地等學(xué)校用地和專業(yè)教室、實驗室、閱覽室等教室用房的配置都有了更高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,這也造成了鄭州市現(xiàn)狀學(xué)校規(guī)模不合理的現(xiàn)象,對鄭州市學(xué)校規(guī)模進(jìn)行調(diào)整優(yōu)化已經(jīng)刻不容緩。 基于上述背景,本文以鄭州市小學(xué)學(xué)校規(guī)模調(diào)整優(yōu)化為研究對象,在對鄭州市小學(xué)學(xué)校規(guī),F(xiàn)狀問題進(jìn)行深層次分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對宏觀、中觀、微觀三個層面上不同影響因素下鄭州市小學(xué)學(xué)校規(guī)模的適宜性分析,有針對性地提出了鄭州市小學(xué)學(xué)校規(guī)模具體層面的調(diào)整優(yōu)化方法,從而對鄭州市中小學(xué)學(xué)校布局調(diào)整提供一定的指導(dǎo)。 本文研究共分為六個章節(jié):第一章主要對本文的研究背景和意義、研究范圍、研究內(nèi)容與方法以及研究框架進(jìn)行概述;第二章對國內(nèi)外學(xué)校適度規(guī)模的理論與實證研究和學(xué)校規(guī)模調(diào)整優(yōu)化的理論與實踐探索進(jìn)行搜集整理,對其先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行分析,,得出其對鄭州市小學(xué)學(xué)校規(guī)模調(diào)整優(yōu)化的啟示;第三章分析了鄭州市小學(xué)學(xué)校規(guī),F(xiàn)狀及現(xiàn)狀存在的問題和問題的成因;第四章分別從宏觀層面的區(qū)域發(fā)展情況及人口因素,中觀層面的學(xué)校服務(wù)半徑及教育單元劃分,和微觀層面的學(xué)校用地規(guī)模、班級規(guī)模以及學(xué)校各類用房分配等方面進(jìn)行分析,探討其與小學(xué)學(xué)校規(guī)模的關(guān)聯(lián)度,得出不同影響因素下小學(xué)學(xué)校規(guī)模的適宜性區(qū)間;第五章對分別從學(xué)校布局調(diào)整、內(nèi)部配置優(yōu)化和政策建議等方面對鄭州市小學(xué)學(xué)校規(guī)模的調(diào)整優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了具體分析;第六章對文章研究結(jié)論進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the rapid gathering of the children of the foreign population and the demand of the residents for high-quality education resources, there is a widespread phenomenon in hot schools in Zhengzhou. At the same time, due to the uneven distribution of students. The present situation of primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou, especially primary schools, presents the phenomenon that the scale of schools is generally small, the scale of schools is not economical, the space layout is unreasonable, and the inter-school differences of educational resources appear. On the other hand, on the other hand, based on the current national basic education stage of the implementation of quality-oriented education, schools to sports venues, extracurricular activities. Green space and other school land and professional classrooms, laboratories, reading rooms and other classroom rooms have a higher standard of allocation requirements, which also caused the current situation of Zhengzhou school scale unreasonable phenomenon. It is urgent to adjust and optimize the school scale in Zhengzhou. Based on the above background, this paper takes the adjustment and optimization of the primary school size in Zhengzhou as the research object, on the basis of the deep analysis of the current situation of the primary school size in Zhengzhou, through the macro, meso. According to the analysis of the suitability of the primary school scale in Zhengzhou under the different influence factors on the micro level, this paper puts forward the adjustment and optimization method of the school scale in Zhengzhou. In order to Zhengzhou primary and secondary schools layout adjustment to provide certain guidance. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter mainly summarizes the research background and significance, research scope, research content and methods, and research framework; In the second chapter, the theoretical and empirical research on the appropriate scale of schools at home and abroad and the theoretical and practical exploration of school scale adjustment and optimization are collected and collated, and its advanced experience is analyzed. Get its enlightenment to the adjustment and optimization of the primary school scale in Zhengzhou; The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the primary school scale in Zhengzhou and the existing problems and the causes of the problems. Chapter 4th from the macro level of regional development and population factors, meso level of school service radius and education unit division, and micro level of school land scale. Through the analysis of the class size and the allocation of all kinds of school buildings, this paper discusses the correlation between the class size and the primary school scale, and obtains the suitable interval of the primary school size under different influence factors. Chapter 5th analyzes the adjustment and optimization of primary school size in Zhengzhou from the aspects of school layout adjustment, internal configuration optimization and policy recommendations. Chapter 6th summarizes the conclusions of the article.
