基于MIDAS-GTS基坑支護三維數(shù)值模擬分析

【摘要】:隨著經濟和社會的不斷提升,城市的建設迅猛發(fā)展,建筑用地緊缺,地下空間的開發(fā)與利用尤為重要,地下室及地下立體車庫層數(shù)倍增,基坑的開挖深度也由原來幾米增加到幾十米,且由于周邊鄰建及地下地鐵等大型地下工程的存在,基坑的支護更加困難,使得深基坑工程的支護方案設計和施工成為巖土工程領域的非常重要研究課題之一。 本文以大連市深基坑工程為研究對象,針對大連鐵路東站改造項目E區(qū)深基坑工程支護方案設計和施工存在的一些難點問題,通過引入有限元強度折減法對深基坑工程方案設計及施工進行了較為深入的研究,本文主要研究內容如下: (l)全面了解了大連市深基坑工程的支護體系的現(xiàn)狀,指明了當前深基坑工程支護設計方面的漏洞及缺點,在該問題上,結合目前巖土工程的更新理論研究和實踐成果、大連市基坑支護的發(fā)展狀況和工程經驗,以鐵路東站深基坑為研究對象,對深基坑支護設計方案的合理性、施工的可行性及支護結構的安全性進行了深入的分析。 (2)通過理正深基坑支護結構設計軟件對E區(qū)基坑進行支護設計計算,得到支護方案,,在基坑施工過程及建筑物基礎施工階段,依據(jù)相關規(guī)范要求,與實際監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)對比分析,進一步驗證方案的合理性和可行性。 (3)在理正軟件基坑支護設計基礎上,引入了有限元理論,基于巖土與隧道有限元分析軟件MIDAS-GTS,結合深基坑工程的現(xiàn)場實際情況,建立了三維深基坑有限元分析模型,更直觀的分析基坑的側向位移、支護結構的應力應變及內力和周邊建筑物的沉降情況。 (4)本文通過不同的研究方法,對E區(qū)基坑開挖后的土壓力分析,設計基坑的支護方案,同時與實際監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)對比分析,表明所建立的支護模型有較高的可靠性和實用性,為今后基坑工程的支護設計與施工提供技術支持。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of economy and society, the rapid development of urban construction, the shortage of building land, the development and utilization of underground space is particularly important, the number of basement and underground three-dimensional garage is doubled. The excavation depth of foundation pit also increased from a few meters to tens of meters, and because of the surrounding adjacent construction and underground subway and other large-scale underground projects, it is more difficult to support foundation pit. It has become one of the most important research topics in the field of geotechnical engineering to design and construct the support scheme of deep foundation pit engineering. This paper takes Dalian deep foundation pit engineering as the research object, aiming at some difficult problems existing in the design and construction of the deep foundation pit engineering support scheme of Dalian East Railway Station reconstruction project E area. By introducing the finite element strength reduction method, the design and construction of deep foundation pit project are studied deeply. The main contents of this paper are as follows: The present situation of supporting system of deep foundation pit engineering in Dalian is fully understood, and the loopholes and shortcomings of supporting design of deep foundation pit engineering at present are pointed out. Combined with the current theoretical research and practical results of geotechnical engineering, the development and engineering experience of foundation pit support in Dalian City, taking the deep foundation pit of Railway East Station as the research object, the rationality of the deep foundation pit support design scheme. The feasibility of construction and the safety of supporting structure are deeply analyzed. (2) through the design software of supporting structure of deep foundation pit in Lizheng, the support design of E area foundation pit is calculated, and the supporting scheme is obtained. In the construction process of foundation pit and the construction stage of building foundation, according to the requirements of relevant codes. Compared with the actual monitoring data, the rationality and feasibility of the scheme are further verified. On the basis of the foundation pit support design of Lizheng software, the finite element theory is introduced, based on the finite element analysis software MIDAS-GTSof geotechnical and tunnel, combined with the field actual situation of deep foundation pit engineering. A three-dimensional finite element analysis model of deep foundation pit is established to analyze the lateral displacement of foundation pit, the stress and strain of supporting structure, the internal force and the settlement of surrounding buildings. 4) through different research methods, this paper analyzes the earth pressure after excavation of foundation pit in E area, designs the supporting scheme of foundation pit, and compares and analyzes with the actual monitoring data at the same time. The results show that the support model has high reliability and practicability, and provides technical support for the design and construction of foundation pit engineering in the future.
