【摘要】：隨著城鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)代化的不斷發(fā)展以及公路等基礎設施的建設,建筑物整體位移工程的規(guī)模和數(shù)量都在不斷快速增長,建筑物整體移位技術(shù)也隨著大量工程實踐而不斷發(fā)展,這種新技術(shù)的應用成功解決了城市改造和道路規(guī)劃過程中的諸多問題,具有良好的社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益,有著寬廣的工程應用前景,并且能夠有效的保護重要的歷史建筑,延續(xù)其歷史文化價值。但是建筑物整體移位技術(shù)尚沒有形成完整的設計理論,在理論研究方面遠遠落后于實踐。本文引進了一種新型的平移技術(shù)--高壓氣囊搬運技術(shù),該技術(shù)是隨著港口建設的發(fā)展而逐步演變出來的,通常用于船體和沉箱的平移和出運等,應用于地面建筑物的平移尚屬首例。結(jié)合山西省臨汾市襄汾縣的大噸位“鑼鼓之鄉(xiāng)”雕塑平移工程,采用MIDAS軟件對氣囊托換前后的筏板及墻體進行受力分析,并對工程中現(xiàn)場采取的數(shù)據(jù)進行處理及分析。經(jīng)過分析印證了本次平移工程的施工過程是安全可靠、平穩(wěn)有序的。根據(jù)平移的建筑物特點及高壓氣囊搬運技術(shù)的工法特點,總結(jié)了施工過程中關(guān)鍵技術(shù),為其他類似工程提供了參考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of urban modernization and the construction of infrastructure such as roads, the scale and quantity of the overall displacement engineering of buildings are increasing rapidly. With the development of a large number of engineering practices, the application of this new technology has successfully solved many problems in the process of urban transformation and road planning, and has good social and economic benefits. Has broad engineering application prospects, and can effectively protect important historical buildings, continue its historical and cultural value, but the overall displacement of the building technology has not formed a complete design theory. This paper introduces a new type of translation technology, high pressure airbag handling technology, which evolves with the development of port construction. It is usually used for the translation and transportation of the hull and caisson, and is the first case to be applied to the translation of the ground buildings. Combined with the large tonnage "township of gongs and drums" sculpture translation project in Xiangfen County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province. The force analysis of raft and wall before and after air bag underpinning was carried out by MIDAS software. And the data taken in the site of the project are processed and analyzed. The analysis proves that the construction process of the translation project is safe and reliable. According to the characteristics of the translational building and the working method of the high-pressure airbag handling technology, the key technology in the construction process is summarized, which provides a reference for other similar projects.
