【摘要】：質(zhì)量是企業(yè)的生命和永恒的主題,建筑工程的質(zhì)量就是保證工程一次成優(yōu)。對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目加強(qiáng)有效的質(zhì)量控制是工程項(xiàng)目管理的重點(diǎn),同時(shí)也是決定工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)能否取得成功的關(guān)鍵。工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量控制是決定工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度以及投資三大控制目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵和核心因素,A工程要想實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)收益、社會(huì)效應(yīng)和良好的進(jìn)度控制,必須加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理和控制,有效提升工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量控制工作。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)法和調(diào)查法分析了A工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量控制問(wèn)題,在消化吸收國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制方法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了A工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量控制體系。論文利用質(zhì)量管理和控制的理論和方法,分析工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量控制的方法和手段。在分析A工程項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)、重點(diǎn)、施工總體進(jìn)度安排和施工管理方法等基本情況的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)A工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量目標(biāo),建立A工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理機(jī)構(gòu),構(gòu)建A工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量控制體系,提出了加強(qiáng)A工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量控制措施。 本文通過(guò)分析A工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量控制體系和措施,借以對(duì)A工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量控制有所指導(dǎo),提高工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理水平是本文研究的目的。
[Abstract]:Quality is the life and eternal theme of the enterprise, the quality of the construction project is to ensure the quality of the project once. Strengthening the effective quality control of the engineering project is the key point of the engineering project management. At the same time, it is also the key to the success of the project construction. Construction quality control is the key and core factor to determine the construction quality, progress and investment of the project. In order to realize the economic benefit, social effect and good progress control of the project, A project must strengthen the construction quality management and control, and effectively improve the construction quality control of the project. This paper analyzes the construction quality control problem of A project by using literature method and investigation method, on the basis of digesting and absorbing the advanced engineering project quality control methods and experience at home and abroad. The construction quality control system of A project is established. The paper analyzes the methods and means of construction quality control by using the theory and method of quality management and control. On the basis of the general schedule of construction and construction management methods, the construction quality management organization of A project is established according to the construction quality objectives of project A. The construction quality control system of project A is constructed, and the measures to strengthen construction quality control of project A are put forward. In this paper, the construction quality control system and measures of A project are analyzed in order to guide the construction quality control of A project, and to improve the construction quality management level of engineering project is the purpose of this paper.
