基于模糊物元的建筑施工綠色度評價(jià)模型研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展成為社會與自然和諧發(fā)展的全球化戰(zhàn)略時(shí),建筑業(yè)由于其對資源能源的大量消耗和對環(huán)境的極大影響,成為了節(jié)能減排、綠色發(fā)展迫切需要轉(zhuǎn)型提升的行業(yè)。為了將建筑施工的傳統(tǒng)粗放型發(fā)展模式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榭沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展模式,實(shí)施綠色施工已然是建筑行業(yè)的必然選擇。但目前我國專門針對建筑施工階段的綠色度評價(jià)體系還極為匱乏,缺乏有效的方法和科學(xué)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來衡量建筑企業(yè)的綠色施工水平。本文將以綠色施工的內(nèi)涵、施工綠色度的解構(gòu)及建筑施工階段綠色度的科學(xué)評價(jià)為主要內(nèi)容展開研究。 論文首先對綠色建筑及綠色施工的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行研究,分別介紹了綠色施工與綠色建筑的關(guān)聯(lián)、施工綠色度和模糊物元理論。然后對“壓力-狀態(tài)-響應(yīng)”框架模型進(jìn)行了深入分析,以該模型為基礎(chǔ)對施工綠色度進(jìn)行解構(gòu),從生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)平衡度、環(huán)境承載度、機(jī)制綠色度、技術(shù)支持度四個(gè)因素層來構(gòu)建評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,全面、系統(tǒng)的量化各類指標(biāo);以此同時(shí),采用AHP法與熵權(quán)法相結(jié)合的方法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重;對當(dāng)前常用的評價(jià)方進(jìn)行比較分析后,針對建筑施工綠色度評價(jià)中存在的模糊不相容多因子問題,嘗試將模糊物元方法應(yīng)用于施工階段的綠色度評價(jià)中,并建立建筑施工綠色度模糊物元評價(jià)模型。最后運(yùn)用該模型對高速·奧蘭花園項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行模擬評價(jià),證明其科學(xué)性和可行性。 評價(jià)結(jié)果表明,在針對綜合多指標(biāo)的建筑施工綠色度評價(jià)問題上,模糊物元方法不僅能更為客觀、準(zhǔn)確地反映綠色施工水平,還能有效查找影響建筑項(xiàng)目施工綠色度的不利因素,具有一定的實(shí)際意義與借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:When sustainable development becomes the globalization strategy of harmonious development of society and nature, the construction industry becomes energy saving and emission reduction because of its large consumption of resources and energy and great impact on the environment. In order to transform the traditional extensive development mode of construction into sustainable development, green development urgently needs to transform and upgrade the industry. The implementation of green construction has been an inevitable choice for the construction industry, but at present, the green degree evaluation system for the construction stage in China is still extremely scarce. Lack of effective methods and scientific standards to measure the green construction level of construction enterprises. This paper will use the connotation of green construction. The main contents are deconstruction of construction green degree and scientific evaluation of construction green degree. Firstly, the paper studies the theoretical basis of green building and green construction, and introduces the relationship between green construction and green building respectively. Construction green degree and fuzzy matter-element theory. Then the "pressure-state-response" frame model is deeply analyzed. Based on the model, the construction green degree is deconstructed from the ecological economic balance. Environmental load carrying degree, mechanism green degree, technical support degree four factor layers to construct the evaluation index system, overall, systematic quantification each kind of index; At the same time, the index weight is determined by the combination of AHP method and entropy weight method. After comparing and analyzing the commonly used evaluation methods, aiming at the fuzzy incompatible multi-factor problem in the green degree evaluation of construction, this paper attempts to apply the fuzzy matter-element method to the green degree evaluation in the construction stage. The fuzzy matter-element evaluation model of green degree of construction is established. Finally, the model is used to simulate and evaluate the high-speed 路Oran garden project, which proves its scientific and feasibility. The evaluation results show that the fuzzy matter-element method can not only reflect the green construction level more objectively but also accurately. It can also effectively find out the unfavorable factors that affect the green degree of construction projects, which has certain practical significance and reference value.
