中鐵EY公司國際化經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:中國中鐵股份有限公司是我國基本建設(shè)設(shè)計施工領(lǐng)域里的龍頭企業(yè),經(jīng)營規(guī)模已進入全球500強,企業(yè)品牌價值也已進入世界500強,并成功在香港和內(nèi)地整體上市,目前在全球建筑業(yè)最大承包商中位列第四,亞洲第一。而EY有限責任公司是總公司下屬的勘察、設(shè)計、咨詢大型企業(yè)。中鐵EY公司實施國際化經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略是適應經(jīng)濟全球化的必然選擇;是落實股份公司和中鐵EY公司總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的必然要求;是保持中鐵EY公司競爭優(yōu)勢的現(xiàn)實需要;是加快與國際接軌的重要途徑。通過對國際發(fā)展環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境以及中鐵EY公司國際化經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀優(yōu)劣勢的分析。筆者認為公司的經(jīng)營范圍及核心產(chǎn)品上,因以基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)為主,在更高層次上、更廣領(lǐng)域里多元覆蓋的產(chǎn)業(yè)格局。在區(qū)域目標市場上,因在2014開始全面開拓非洲市場,擴大亞洲地區(qū)的市場份額,大力開發(fā)拉美和大洋洲市場。從而形成“大海外”的經(jīng)營布局,同時逐步完善和完成海外經(jīng)營點的布局。最后為了保證公司國際化經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略目標的成功實現(xiàn),公司確定了以準確合理定位,再造國際經(jīng)營流程;強化主業(yè),產(chǎn)生整合效應,構(gòu)建多元國際化經(jīng)營格局;創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營模式,實現(xiàn)業(yè)務升級;加快培養(yǎng)國際化經(jīng)營人才步伐,強化項目管理團隊建設(shè);建立健全國際化經(jīng)營管理機制;提高業(yè)務和項目管理水平;承擔社會責任,促進企業(yè)和諧發(fā)展為主的保障措施。
