毛細(xì)管平面輻射空調(diào)應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)建筑業(yè)的快速發(fā)展導(dǎo)致建筑能耗大幅度上升,而在建筑能耗中空調(diào)能耗是最主要的,占有很大比重,因此,空調(diào)節(jié)能問(wèn)題顯得格外重要。同時(shí),用戶對(duì)室內(nèi)環(huán)境要求的提高,需要研究室內(nèi)環(huán)境的熱舒適狀況;诳照{(diào)節(jié)能和改善熱舒適條件的要求,本文以毛細(xì)管平面輻射空調(diào)為研究對(duì)象,全方位探討了毛細(xì)管平面輻射空調(diào)的節(jié)能性、熱舒適性及其在秦皇島地區(qū)的適用性。 通過(guò)綜述毛細(xì)管平面輻射空調(diào)技術(shù)的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展?fàn)顩r可見(jiàn),該種空調(diào)系統(tǒng)一直是以降低空調(diào)能耗和改善空調(diào)房間熱舒適性為主線發(fā)展的,屬于空調(diào)領(lǐng)域的新技術(shù),因此我國(guó)應(yīng)用實(shí)例還比較少。 針對(duì)熱舒適性,本文采用數(shù)值模擬法,運(yùn)用Airpak軟件建立了空調(diào)房間的三維仿真模型,對(duì)毛細(xì)管平面輻射空調(diào)與傳統(tǒng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行模擬研究。通過(guò)分析室內(nèi)空氣速度、溫度、空氣齡、PMV、PPD,綜合評(píng)價(jià)空調(diào)房間的舒適性。 針對(duì)節(jié)能性,本文運(yùn)用近代熱力學(xué)的最新成果——火用分析方法,與傳統(tǒng)空調(diào)對(duì)比,研究了毛細(xì)管平面輻射空調(diào)在能質(zhì)利用上的高效節(jié)能特性,揭示了毛細(xì)管平面輻射空調(diào)節(jié)能不只是節(jié)約能量,更重要的是節(jié)約能質(zhì)的本質(zhì)特性。同時(shí),由于毛細(xì)管平面輻射空調(diào)能夠利用高溫冷水和低溫?zé)崴疂M足空調(diào)房間在不同季節(jié)對(duì)冷熱的需求,該系統(tǒng)擴(kuò)大了冷能的利用溫度范圍,從而可以利用更多的冷能取代傳統(tǒng)能源,實(shí)現(xiàn)在節(jié)約能質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步在數(shù)量上節(jié)能的目標(biāo)。 作為適用條件,本文以秦皇島地區(qū)為例,探討了秦皇島的自然條件對(duì)毛細(xì)管平面輻射空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的適用性。以一棟別墅為具體對(duì)象,設(shè)計(jì)毛細(xì)管平面輻射空調(diào)系統(tǒng),并對(duì)其初投資、運(yùn)行費(fèi)用等技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。 本文研究得出,毛細(xì)管平面輻射空調(diào)系統(tǒng)在改善室內(nèi)環(huán)境舒適度方面是有效的,,節(jié)能特性明顯。從對(duì)自然冷能利用及改善室內(nèi)環(huán)境舒適度的角度看,這無(wú)疑是一種有廣泛領(lǐng)域和遠(yuǎn)大發(fā)展前景的空調(diào)技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of China's construction industry leads to a large increase in building energy consumption, and in the building energy consumption, air-conditioning energy consumption is the most important, occupies a large proportion, therefore, air-conditioning energy saving problem is particularly important. In order to improve the indoor environment requirements, the thermal comfort of indoor environment needs to be studied. Based on the requirements of air conditioning energy saving and improving thermal comfort conditions, this paper takes the capillary plane radiation air conditioning as the research object. The energy saving, thermal comfort and applicability in Qinhuangdao are discussed. Through the review of the development of capillary plane radiation air conditioning technology at home and abroad, this kind of air conditioning system has been to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning and improve the thermal comfort of air conditioning rooms as the main line of development. Belong to the new technology in the field of air-conditioning, so our application examples are relatively small. Aiming at thermal comfort, the three-dimensional simulation model of air conditioning room is established by numerical simulation method and Airpak software. This paper studies the simulation of capillary plane radiation air conditioning system and traditional air conditioning system. By analyzing indoor air velocity, temperature, air age and PMV PPDs, the comfort of air conditioning room is comprehensively evaluated. In view of energy saving, this paper studies the high efficiency and energy saving characteristics of capillary plane radiation air conditioning in the utilization of energy quality by using exergy analysis method, which is the latest achievement of modern thermodynamics, and compared with traditional air conditioning. It is revealed that the energy saving is not only energy saving, but also the essential characteristic of energy saving in capillary plane radiation air conditioning. Because the capillary plane radiation air conditioning can use high temperature cold water and low temperature hot water to meet the demand of air conditioning room in different seasons, the system expands the temperature range of using cold energy. Thus, more cold energy can be used to replace traditional energy, and the goal of energy saving in quantity can be achieved on the basis of saving energy and quality. As a suitable condition, this paper takes Qinhuangdao area as an example, discusses the applicability of Qinhuangdao's natural condition to the capillary plane radiation air conditioning system, and takes a villa as the concrete object. The capillary plane radiation air conditioning system is designed and its technical and economic indexes such as initial investment and operation cost are evaluated. In this paper, it is concluded that the capillary plane radiation air conditioning system is effective in improving indoor environment comfort, and the energy saving characteristics are obvious. From the point of view of using natural cold energy and improving indoor environment comfort. This is undoubtedly a wide range of areas and broad prospects for the development of air conditioning technology.
