【摘要】：JG建材公司是由省級(jí)科研院所中產(chǎn)業(yè)化部門改制而來,與其他生產(chǎn)企業(yè)不同的是,集科研與生產(chǎn)于一身,不僅從事新型建材產(chǎn)品的研究,而且將研究成果轉(zhuǎn)化為商品,直接服務(wù)于國民經(jīng)濟(jì)。作者認(rèn)為,ERP系統(tǒng)在這一類型的科研單位及其子企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用存在很大的空間,特別是在ERP系統(tǒng)集成研發(fā)管理模塊,可以促進(jìn)科研單位核心競爭力的提升。因此,作者正是在這樣的研究背景下選擇“JG建材公司ERP系統(tǒng)分析與設(shè)計(jì)”這個(gè)課題,同時(shí)希望通過本課題的應(yīng)用研究為科研單位產(chǎn)業(yè)化改制企業(yè)的ERP應(yīng)用提供一個(gè)參考模型,以便加深其對ERP的理解。JG建材公司是我國科研院所轉(zhuǎn)型企業(yè)的普遍現(xiàn)象,因此選擇本課題研究具有較大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本論文利用企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃管理的原理,通過調(diào)研學(xué)習(xí)JG建材公司的生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn)和管理業(yè)務(wù)流程、結(jié)合科研單位企業(yè)信息化的經(jīng)驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì)適合JG建材公司的ERP管理系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)模塊,包括采購管理、生產(chǎn)管理、銷售管理、庫存管理、質(zhì)量管理、研發(fā)管理、人力資源管理和財(cái)務(wù)管理,其中重點(diǎn)探索JG建材公司ERP系統(tǒng)研發(fā)管理功能需求分析與設(shè)計(jì)的具體策略。應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)對JG建材公司進(jìn)行更加系統(tǒng)化的管理,有機(jī)集成企業(yè)的信息流、物流、資金流和業(yè)務(wù)流,優(yōu)化企業(yè)內(nèi)外資源,為企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)體制創(chuàng)新、提高管理水平奠定基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)對其他科研院所及建材行業(yè)改善管理現(xiàn)狀具有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:JG Building Materials Company is a provincial scientific research institute in the industrialization department restructuring, unlike other production enterprises, the collection of scientific research and production in one, not only engaged in the research of new building materials products. The author thinks that there is great space for the application of ERP system in this kind of scientific research institutions and their sub-enterprises. Especially in the ERP system integrated R & D management module, can promote the core competitiveness of scientific research units. It is under this background that the author chooses the subject of "ERP system Analysis and Design of JG Building Materials Company". At the same time, I hope to provide a reference model for the application of ERP in the enterprise of industrialization reform of scientific research units through the application research of this subject. In order to deepen its understanding of ERP. JG building materials company is a common phenomenon in the transformation of our scientific research institutions. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to choose this topic. This paper uses the principle of enterprise resource planning management to study the production characteristics and management business process of JG Building Materials Company through investigation and study. Based on the experience of enterprise informatization in scientific research units, we design the modules of ERP management system suitable for JG Building Materials Company, including procurement management, production management, sales management, inventory management, quality management. R & D management, human resources management and financial management. It focuses on the requirement analysis and design strategy of ERP system R & D management function of JG Building Materials Co., Ltd., and uses ERP system to manage JG Building Materials Company more systematically. Organic integration of enterprise information flow, logistics, capital flow and business flow, optimize internal and external resources, for enterprises to achieve institutional innovation, improve the management level of the foundation. At the same time for other scientific research institutes and building materials industry to improve the management of a certain role.
