夏熱冬暖地區(qū)醫(yī)院街模式內(nèi)部公共空間自然通風(fēng)策略研究

【摘要】:近年來我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展,整體的健康素質(zhì)不斷得到提高,多樣化的醫(yī)療服務(wù)需求增加,所以近來我國新建醫(yī)院的數(shù)量大大增加。很多學(xué)者對醫(yī)療建筑進(jìn)行各種研究,例如醫(yī)院建筑的人性化設(shè)計(jì)、醫(yī)患分離模式的設(shè)計(jì)等等,但關(guān)于節(jié)能減排的綠色醫(yī)院的相關(guān)研究還比較少。醫(yī)院街模式適應(yīng)醫(yī)院功能的發(fā)展,滿足了醫(yī)生和患者各自不同的需求。由于醫(yī)院建筑是能源消耗較大的公共建筑類型,因此醫(yī)院建筑應(yīng)該采用被動式的節(jié)能方式,而不應(yīng)采用高技術(shù)的節(jié)能方式。醫(yī)院建筑應(yīng)該注重自然通風(fēng)和采光,自然通風(fēng)能降低醫(yī)院內(nèi)部的空氣污染和減少空調(diào)的使用時(shí)間,自然采光節(jié)約了能源和提高了使用者的舒適性。本文以醫(yī)院街模式醫(yī)院內(nèi)部公共空間為主要研究對象,首先分析了夏熱冬暖地區(qū)氣候特點(diǎn)和建筑設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn),對醫(yī)院街模式內(nèi)部公共空間的發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究,從周邊風(fēng)環(huán)境、總平面布局、通風(fēng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)、環(huán)境布置四個(gè)方面分析醫(yī)院街模式的場地布局的自然通風(fēng)。在對醫(yī)院街模式實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用自然通風(fēng)的基本原理,對門診大廳和醫(yī)院街、門診部的候診空間和護(hù)理單元的公共空間自然通風(fēng)的現(xiàn)狀問題進(jìn)行分析,歸納出門診大廳和醫(yī)院街的端部式和嵌入式布局的自然通風(fēng)問題,廳式候診空間、廊式候診空間、綠蔭候診空間的自然通風(fēng)問題,護(hù)理單元的交通性公共空間、服務(wù)性公共空間、休閑性公共空間的自然通風(fēng)問題。最后歸納出醫(yī)院內(nèi)部公共空間自然通風(fēng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則,包括差異性、安全性和多樣性,并從平面導(dǎo)風(fēng)、豎向空間導(dǎo)風(fēng)、細(xì)部構(gòu)造導(dǎo)風(fēng)三個(gè)層面,提出了門診大廳和醫(yī)院街、門診部的候診空間和護(hù)理單元公共空間的自然通風(fēng)的設(shè)計(jì)策略。本文總結(jié)了醫(yī)院街模式內(nèi)部公共空間的自然通風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)策略,為以后綠色醫(yī)院的設(shè)計(jì)提供了設(shè)計(jì)的依據(jù)和策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's social economy has developed rapidly, the overall health quality has been continuously improved, and the demand for diversified medical services has increased. So recently, the number of newly built hospitals in China has increased greatly. Many scholars have carried out various researches on medical buildings, such as the humanization design of hospital buildings, the design of doctor-patient separation model, and so on. However, there are few researches on energy-saving and emission reduction green hospitals. Hospital Street model adapts to the development of hospital functions. It meets the different needs of doctors and patients. Because hospital buildings are the type of public buildings which consume more energy, hospital buildings should adopt passive energy saving methods. Hospital buildings should pay attention to natural ventilation and lighting, natural ventilation can reduce air pollution and reduce the use of air conditioning. Natural lighting saves energy and improves the comfort of the users. This paper takes the hospital street model hospital internal public space as the main research object. Firstly, the characteristics of climate and architectural design in hot summer and warm winter area are analyzed. This paper studies the development of the public space in the hospital street model, from the surrounding wind environment, the general plane layout, ventilation and wind guide. On the basis of field investigation of hospital street model, applying the basic principle of natural ventilation, the hospital hall and hospital street were analyzed. The status quo of the waiting space of outpatient department and the public space of nursing unit are analyzed, and the natural ventilation problem of end-part and embedded layout of outpatient hall and hospital street is summarized. Corridor type waiting space, the natural ventilation problem of green shade waiting space, the traffic public space of nursing unit, the service public space. Finally, the design principles of natural ventilation of public space in hospital are summarized, including difference, safety and diversity, and from the plane wind guide, vertical space wind guide. Detailed structure of the three levels of wind guide, proposed the outpatient hall and hospital street. The design strategy of natural ventilation in the waiting space of outpatient department and the public space of nursing unit. This paper summarizes the design strategy of natural ventilation in the public space of hospital street model. It provides the basis and strategy for the design of green hospital in the future.
