【摘要】：作為小城鎮(zhèn)中凸顯傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌的重要組成部分——傳統(tǒng)民居，不僅反映了當(dāng)?shù)靥赜械慕ㄖ臻g形態(tài)，也蘊(yùn)含著當(dāng)?shù)氐膫鹘y(tǒng)生活方式，承載著城鎮(zhèn)的歷史記憶。隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的加快，這些具有重要價(jià)值的傳統(tǒng)民居，卻受到了現(xiàn)代文明的猛烈沖擊，被大量拆除、毀壞，造成了許多城鎮(zhèn)的“千城一面”。 本文以關(guān)中地區(qū)的典型城鎮(zhèn)周至老縣城為例，通過(guò)深入的調(diào)研走訪及實(shí)際測(cè)繪，了解傳統(tǒng)民居的物質(zhì)空間特色及居民的生活和生產(chǎn)情況。根據(jù)不同特點(diǎn)將傳統(tǒng)民居住區(qū)分為邊緣型和街區(qū)型兩種類型，從居住區(qū)和民居兩個(gè)層面對(duì)兩類民居住區(qū)的整體空間布局、街區(qū)功能及組成、街巷空間、典型院落類型和建筑形態(tài)等方面對(duì)居住區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀特色及現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析和歸納，總結(jié)周至縣城傳統(tǒng)民居的空間布局特征及平面形式的分類，提取周至民居仍保留的具有關(guān)中傳統(tǒng)特色的建筑細(xì)部。 結(jié)合居民使用需求和周至縣城未來(lái)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃，提出傳統(tǒng)民居改造更新的設(shè)計(jì)原則，從而得出改造應(yīng)采取住區(qū)整體空間形態(tài)保留，，民居內(nèi)部改造的模式。對(duì)街區(qū)型和邊緣型傳統(tǒng)民居，依托不同的現(xiàn)狀及優(yōu)勢(shì)特色，發(fā)展特色產(chǎn)業(yè)，制定不同的改造定位，采取不同的方式，制定出周至縣城傳統(tǒng)民居改造更新的策略，并從街區(qū)到民居的不同方面提出改造措施，進(jìn)行改造設(shè)計(jì)，并根據(jù)分類情況對(duì)每種類型的民居進(jìn)行空間與模式改造更新的設(shè)計(jì)并提出改造設(shè)計(jì)案例。使其在解決居住問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合城市未來(lái)發(fā)展需求,通過(guò)改造完成其功能的更新，使傳統(tǒng)民居煥發(fā)新的活力。以期對(duì)傳統(tǒng)民居改造更新設(shè)計(jì)中的若干問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入分析和探討，探索有效的科學(xué)方法，尋求更現(xiàn)實(shí)、可行、長(zhǎng)久的更新途徑。
[Abstract]:As an important part of highlighting the traditional style and features in small towns, traditional folk houses not only reflect the unique architectural space form, but also contain the local traditional way of life. Bearing the historical memory of towns, with the acceleration of urbanization in China, these traditional houses, which have important value, have been severely impacted by modern civilization, which have been demolished and destroyed in large numbers. Created a "thousand cities" in many towns. This paper takes the typical town of Guanzhong area Zhouzhi old county as an example, through in-depth investigation and survey and actual mapping. To understand the material and spatial characteristics of the traditional residence and the living and production situation of the residents. According to the different characteristics, the traditional residence can be divided into two types: marginal type and block type. From the residential area and residential two levels of the two types of residential areas of the overall spatial layout, block function and composition, street space. Typical courtyard types and architectural forms of residential areas and other aspects of the current characteristics and existing problems are analyzed and summarized the characteristics of the spatial layout of traditional residential buildings in Zhouzhi County and the classification of plane forms. The architectural details with the traditional characteristics of Guanzhong are extracted from the Zhou-Zhi residence. According to the needs of residents and the planning of future development of Zhouzhi County, this paper puts forward the design principles of the renovation of traditional residential buildings, and concludes that the renovation should take the form of the whole residential space. To the traditional residential building of block type and edge type, depending on the different present situation and the superiority characteristic, develops the characteristic industry, formulates the different transformation localization, takes the different way. Make out the strategy of renovation of traditional residential buildings in Zhouzhi County, and put forward the renovation measures from different aspects of blocks to houses, and carry out the renovation design. And according to the classification of each type of residential space and pattern renovation of the design and proposed a case of renovation design, so that it in the settlement of housing problems, combined with the future development of the city needs. Through the renovation of its function, the traditional residence is full of new vitality, with a view to in-depth analysis and discussion of some problems in the renovation design of the traditional residential building, to explore effective scientific methods, and to seek for more reality. Feasible, long-term renewal approach.
