【摘要】：核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力能夠讓企業(yè)在激烈的行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地，具有經(jīng)久不衰的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，這也是企業(yè)管理學(xué)科研究的熱點(diǎn)之一。鐵路橋梁勘察設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)目前對(duì)于如何構(gòu)建和提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力尚缺乏系統(tǒng)的理論研究，更缺乏一套較為普遍適用的評(píng)價(jià)體系。因此，鐵四院橋梁業(yè)務(wù)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究具有很強(qiáng)的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 在充分研究國(guó)內(nèi)、外與關(guān)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力相關(guān)成果的基礎(chǔ)上，通過(guò)推理、驗(yàn)證的方法，本論文建立了一套關(guān)于知識(shí)型企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的分析評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，應(yīng)用于對(duì)鐵四院橋梁業(yè)務(wù)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的識(shí)別、構(gòu)建、分析、評(píng)價(jià)以及提升。論文分析了鐵四院橋梁業(yè)務(wù)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的主要內(nèi)涵，同時(shí)結(jié)合市場(chǎng)分析、行業(yè)特點(diǎn)分析以及知識(shí)型企業(yè)的知識(shí)管理、戰(zhàn)略管理等，構(gòu)建了鐵四院橋梁業(yè)務(wù)理想的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力模型，建立起科學(xué)、可行、系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，，通過(guò)資料收集、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查以及數(shù)據(jù)的分析研究，總結(jié)出鐵四院橋梁業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)有的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力以及如何發(fā)揮競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和改進(jìn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)劣勢(shì)的措施建議。 鐵四院橋梁業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展路徑和面臨的問(wèn)題在國(guó)內(nèi)大型鐵路設(shè)計(jì)院中具有典型性。研討其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，不僅在微觀上對(duì)鐵四院橋梁業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展具有指導(dǎo)意義，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)鐵路橋梁勘察設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)具有借鑒意義。論文在研究對(duì)象的選擇上具有一定的創(chuàng)新性。
[Abstract]:The core competence can make the enterprise in the fierce industry competition in an invincible position, has a lasting competitive advantage. This is also one of the hot topics in the subject of enterprise management. At present, there is no systematic theoretical research on how to build and enhance the core competitiveness of railway bridge survey and design industry. Therefore, the research on the core competence of the bridge business of the fourth Iron Institute is of great theoretical and practical significance. On the basis of the research of domestic and foreign enterprises' core competence, this paper establishes a set of analysis and evaluation index system about the core competence of knowledge-based enterprises through the method of reasoning and verification. It is applied to the identification, construction, analysis, evaluation and promotion of the core competence of the bridge business of the fourth iron hospital. This paper analyzes the main connotation of the core competence of the bridge business of the fourth iron hospital and analyzes the market at the same time. Based on the analysis of industry characteristics and knowledge management and strategic management of knowledge-based enterprises, the ideal core competitiveness model of the bridge business of the fourth Iron Institute is constructed, and a scientific, feasible and systematic evaluation index system is established. Based on the data collection, questionnaire survey and data analysis, the paper summarizes the existing core competitiveness of the bridge business of the fourth Iron and Steel Hospital, and puts forward some suggestions on how to bring the competitive advantage into full play and improve the competitive inferiority. The development path and problems of the bridge business of the fourth Iron Institute are typical in the large railway design institutes in China. The discussion of its core competitiveness is not only of guiding significance to the development of the bridge business of the fourth Iron Institute on the micro level. This paper is of great significance to the domestic railway bridge survey and design industry, and the thesis is innovative in the selection of research object.
